  I ordered these too, and admittedly didn't try to cancel until after the 30 days were up; called them and they said they only cancel before 30 days; I too received the profast cleanse which I didn't expect. I have not been charged for any more gummies but based on the other reviews I will carefully monitor my credit card for any further charges (I monitor my credit cards anyway). I researched the ingredients in both the gummies and the cleanse (only after I had them for a month) and found that I do not need them. Thanks to other reviewers for pointing out their bad experiences. I'm sorry I fell for this, as I should know better, and it's another life lesson. Actually want to give it no stars.

  The billing for this company is very shady and unethical. They conveniently auto enrolled me into auto payments charging my credit card with different aliases on my account. They charge your card every month for 3 months of products which also does mot make sense. They do not stand behind the product that does not work. They offer 30 day refunds for a product that takes longer to realize it doesn’t work. Therefore, customers are stuck with an unsatisfactory product.
  If the company stood behind the product, they would offer a refund. Pro fast Keto will steal money your money before you can realize it.
  Every other reputable company is transparent with the charges sending
  emails before a charge and more to make customer aware and comfortable
  with the products. ProFastKeto is NOT this way. They hide behind shady billing and billing with different names every time. Do not buy this product! It’s a
  shame how ProFastKeto handles customers.

  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
  Placed the order online. You are not given any pricing. I really thought it would show up before I hit the purchase button. Checked my bank account immediately and was STUNNED to see $198.78 charged and then ANOTHER $59.99 charged.
  I emailed the company within 30 minutes to cancel this order, three times. I then called around 3:00pm to cancel and was told the order shipped. I made several calls that afternoon and the next day regarding cancelling. Kept being told the order had shipped. I got an email a few days later stating my order was ready and shipping out. I called again to cancel, was told it shipped. Furious.
  The company told me to return the shipment when I receive it. I did. It was returned mid July. Today is Sept. 25. I called to see where my refund was and was told I was being refunded half of my order. PLUS a restocking fee on the cleanse pills I did not know was ordered. This is a horrible company. HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

  SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Doesn't work, I fell for it. Then they have the nerve to send me two more jars of something that aren't even the same. THEY BILLED ME $119.00. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING MORE. Customer service is a joke. All I want is a refund for what I didn't order. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

  First off they have very misleading pricing. When I signed up for this product they said I would receive a 55% discount. When I got the bill, it was 198.78 and under discounts it said 0.00. Then they charged me again and sent more product a month later. When I received the gummies they were melted together in a blob, I tried calling the customer service number and always got a busy signal. Very odd for a reputable company right? After doing some research I discovered they sign you up for a monthly subscription without really informing you of that or giving you a way to cancel. I was advised to contact my bank and report a fraudulent charge which means I'll need a new debit card. Besides all these other issues the product does not work I have lost zero weight with these. I discovered a review by an actual doctor on YouTube he said basically all ACV gummies do not have enough ACV to be effective so it's basically all false advertising. Definitely stay away from this company!

  The product does not work. SCAM: the packaging doesn't even have a webpage to cancel. THIS IS THE MOST OVERT SCAM I HAVE SEEN. The concept behind the product is not wrong, which is why it was tempting, but the product is a failure.
  It is difficult to find the correct Keto gummy company because there are so many. There is no way to cancel the product online without a web page, so I am on an automatic subscription list that I cannot resign from. I planned to resign before the first monthly renewal but they pre-empted my cancellation by sending me the product weeks early. THEN - I find that I am not able to cancel. I do not trust a telephone cancellation.
  The second package of gummies was different, the size of the packaging and the shape of the gummies were not the same. There is a big consumer problem here. Without a web page, they KNEW they were operating a scam from the beginning.

  No stars. This company charged me 198.78 for some gummies I never ordered. I fought a month and a half through many phone calls. They gave me the run around for my complete refund. I had to dismiss a dispute. They said they would refund once I had letter of dismissal. When calling with proof, then they required a 3 way call with my bank. During that call the company said they would process complete refund. Well, my email I recieved was a refund for $50 less than they owed. I again called and was told their is a $10 resolving fee per bottle. I simply said, the unopened pkg returned had all bottles together. They all ho to the same shelf! Don't buy from this company!!!!!

  THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, I BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM FOR A MONTH, CALL CUSTOMERS SERVICE THEY WILL TELL YOU THE THE REFUND IS IN PROCESS AND TO WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS AND YOU WOULD SEE THE REFUND THROUGH YOUR PAY PAL ACCOUNT, AT FIRST THEY TOLD ME I WOULD BE GETTING A E-CHECK THROUGH MY EMAIL, I DID NOT RECIEVED THAT, BY THE WAY WHAT IS A E-CHECK. i WILL LET ALL MY PEERS KNOW DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS PROCESS HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR ME, JUST TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  These people are SCAMMERS and took a second payment out of my checking account without my knowledge or permission. I've disputed it with my ***** Checking Account and they are investigating.
  I call these SCAMMERS and they talk to you like you're an unintelligent person...I told them that I don't care about what they say...and that when I get my money backl from either ***** or them...this product is coming back to them.
  Hate SCAMMERS to the maximum...

  Hello. I was one of the scammed. I fell for the promise of easy weight loss in a gummy. Too good to be true, for sure. I did sign up to try for one month but they trick you in the terms and agreement(who really reads all that) and say you sign up for a repeated delivery subscription for the gummies. Now I have a new order which they charged $198.78 for on my credit card. Had to cancel the card and get a new one. What a hassell. Complained to Better Business Bureau but do not know what they can do for me. Hopefully I will get my money back. The gummies do not work at all. Very expensive gummy bears. I have learned my lesson for sure. Thanks for listening.
