I placed an order for a part on June 26th. My credit card was charged immediately. However, that is the only record of the transaction I have. I received absolutely no follow-up: no confirmation email, no invoice, and no order number. When I log into my account on their website (***********************************), my order history is completely empty.I have made every reasonable attempt to contact the company to get a status update on my order:Phone: I called the number listed on their website. It is an automated recording that instructs the caller to send an email to ******************* It is impossible to speak to a human.Twitter: I posted publicly at their handle, as their Direct Messages (DMs) are disabled.Facebook: I posted on their public page and also tried Messenger. The Messenger bot just provides an auto-reply telling me to email *******************Instagram: I created my own public post detailing the issue and tagging their account (@oemuap), as their DMs are disabled and their page is inactive.Furthermore, their website features a "Google Customer Reviews" button in the corner. This is deeply misleading. It appears to be a link to a public review page, but it is actually a closed, opt-in survey system. Only customers who are invited via email after a successful transaction can leave a review. It is not a platform for customers to proactively report issues, making it another dead end for support.They have my money, and I have no product and no way to hold them accountable.Initial Complaint

Bought a defective car stereo from them. Tried to call them several times no response put in for a refund. They only refunded a partial payment. They charged me a restocking for you on a junk stereo.Initial Complaint

The engine was purchased 3/7 in the amount of $1905.The engine was shipped and installed on 3/22 by Ayus Automotive. The car received an oil change on 5/8 The car was driven until 5/17 when it started making noise and unable to drive. The car was taken back to Ayus automotive for review. They stated they could not report the engine as the engine was not fixable. Went to get a second opinion at *************** as we could not believe it would go bad that quick. They gave the same response. They said if you have a warranty, you need to send it back. The engine came with a 90 day warranty. We submitted the warranty request on 5/22 to the support email. The emails have gone back and forth with most going unanswered and numerous voicemails not returned. On May 29th we spoke to the company and shared pictures and videos of issues with the car. The guy stated if they had the part in stock they would send a new part, if not a refund would be issued. On 5/30 I received an email stated my return had been approved and it provided return instructions, which included a 5 day window. The mechanic who had the car and was going to remove the engine for us went out of town and it went past the 5 days. I emailed to request an extension, only to be told that the label was a mistake and they began requesting all different type of documentation. The back and forth emails with different people each time asking for something different, I finally requested the emails to stop and for someone to call me. I spoke with ******** on 6/10. We spoke and cleared up all the miscommunication. Which she realized that her boss was given the wrong information, the diagnostic they was provided was not for the old engine, but for the engine that was sent by them. I dont hear from ******** again until 6/16, now requesting more stuff per her boss. Her request for documentation was sent over. Now once again nothing. I do not feel as they have any intentions on fulfilling the warranty.Initial Complaint

I brought an engine from *** in *********, it took over 45 days to deliver it, and now it has a hole in the engine making it worthless. I would like a refund and compensation for selling me something that you knew never worked. This place scammed me into purchasing this engine when you cancelled the first engine I bought for a lesser price.Business Response

The customer was informed that the item would be compatible with their vehicle. In our previous email, to which we did not receive a response, we clarified that the item in question was indeed the upper oil pan. Given the absence of communication since June 19th, we assumed the item was functioning correctly and were only recently made aware of this BBB case. Should the customer wish to return the item due to compatibility issues, our return policy is clearly outlined on our website and is readily accessible to the public. As *** stated I was unaware of the hole in the second oil pan, so I had to purchase an additional oil pan in order to make the part you sent work. Order a part (rack and pinion) for my 2003 Jeep Liberty 3.7L. I has been over a week and have not received anything no part -no shipping tracking info -I called OEM left them a message to return my call never heard from them. I did email them requesting tracking info they responded back they would have the tracking info by end of the day -the day came and went. Then I research *** company and it turns out that they are fraud the have done this same thing to many people -some don't receive part some receive wrong part some never hear from ***. Purchased apart from his company on the 16th got an order number but never received a confirmation email or any type of confirmation. Ive tried calling leaving messages and sending emails with no responses. This company has taken out two separate monies from you one for 88 and one for almost 9 dollars, which Im assuming one is for shipping but they say they do free shipping for the continual 48. We ordered a motor from the business on April *******. Their website states this " Domestic Shipping:Free shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping is via *** or **** and should arrive within (1-4) Business Days. We have a 1 day handling time on all orders unless you order before 9 am CST we can ship the same day.". We even paid extra for faster handling time. We have called and have not been able to speak with anyone and have not received any call back. We have emailed and have barely any response. We have not had any answer to why our item has not been delivered or even shipped. This is causing alot of issues with our mechanic and we need a response, so we can let them know or move forward with finding another motor!Business Response

The only correspondence we received from this customer is from March requesting to cancel the order because they ordered a transmission, not an engine. The freight company we used has already delivered the item on the 15th. We sent it to the address that they provided.
