    Trying to get someone to return calls is impossible. I called to complain that no one called me back over a period of weeks. I got some young lady who couldn’t answer any of my questions. Her response was “Google it”. I paid several thousand dollars to have some untrained person tell me to “Google it.” I feel like an idiot spending that much on a scam!!

    Don't Buy into this program. Use the money for a trip and you will be far better off. They set you up to thing this will save you money, but with the yearly fees it would take 8 years to break even and you will need to travel quarterly. The savings is minimal if you like nice hotels. The only hotels with deals are 1 and 2 star. If you like low end then this program is for you! The discounted weeks for $399.00 are low end properties. The deals on rental cars is not the good. Think about it HARD before forking over $$$$.

    My experience has been nothing but disappointing. I bought into ASN in January for over $6,000. From the first day things have been a nightmare. First, my account on-line did not include the certificates I had been promised. They corrected it but a few days later they did it again. I called again and they apologized and said they would credit me $200 for the inconvenience. They never credited me the money. Then, I was given an appointment to train on the website. My wife and I attended on-line but no one showed up to train. I complained and they set up another appointment but the trainer knew less about the website than I had learned just playing with it. As I perused the website I found that very few of hotels and other travel arrangements were low price compared to *******, ****** or ****** as promised. I was quite discouraged and wanted to get out. I then decided to at least try an actual booking at one of their $399/week timeshare plans. I booked a hotel in Cancun. When I tried to find the hotel on Google Maps the app could not find it. Instead it gave me a similar property in the area with a similar name. I was assured by Alicia that the property given by Google Maps was the hotel where I was booked into. I then found the hotel I had booked on a travel website and it did not look at all like the hotel Alicia had told me I was booked into. Again Alicia sent me a link to the Hotel she insisted I was booked into. When I arrived in Cancun the hotel I was told I had a booking told me I had no reservation and that I was booked into another hotel. After an hour and a half of driving around we finally found it and it was no where near like the hotel Alicia told me I was booked into. That is pure bait and switch and I seriously doubt this company is a real company. I have asked for a refund of my fees but have yet to hear a response. I have been ghosted.

    I haven't been with ASN for long (thus 4 stars, not 5) but so far I am pleased. In the first 3 days I comparison shopped ASN came through with lower rates each time.
    My concierge is quickly getting to know me so his service is becoming more and more personal. I have already made two bookings through ASN and looking forward to saving even more money. I really like he time he has taken to address small details that were important to me through possible changes in plans that I just wanted to check out.

    Enjoyed working with Brad. Was able to book a cruse and a trip to Cozumel. Can not believe the savings!

    Been with ASN for a year now and gotta say its been worth it. Booked a viking cruise to Europe thru them and the whole process was smooth, they really take care of everything. The concierge service was super helpful, got a great deal and some nice perks too. Def saved money vs booking on my own. No issues at all, just easy travel planning which is what I wanted. If you travel a lot and want hassle free booking with good prices, ASN is a solid choice. Would reccomend

    While the program does consistently save me money, it also saves me tons of time by just having a travel agent do everything for me. If you can appreciate great service coupled with consistent decent savings then you’ll love the program!

    I love the program. It wasn't about the money saved. I bought a plan that ensure me and my family make time to Travel. Yes they saved me almost 40 percent in my Family's Vacation. The Concierge is awesome. They made everything so simple. I don't have to go play the internet game anymore. Priceless!!!

    Scams all around. Offering free vouchers but yet they cost $400. Actually showing screen shots of this A+ derived rating in sales presentation yet there are two other listings showing D- and F ratings. Asked them to illustrate savings for travel on a set date and location and it wasn’t at cost as promised but rather 2x cost to buy from airline and more than $50 a night more expensive than the hotel website.
    Don’t expect your “free no strings attached vouchers”…. Spend 400 and they pick where and they mandate you have to travel Sun to Tues
    Here are the T&C for the tix..
    ”This certificate is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering a bundled air and hotel package for two adults 21 years of age or older with two nights of standard hotel accommodations plus two round trip airline tickets from a participating Major International Airport in The Continental United States. Bookings require at least a 30 day advance notice. …Your only cost after activation is $199.00 per person = $398.00 per couple for all hotel taxes, airline taxes, airport fees, agency fees, etc and these fees are based on a double occupancy requirement…Dates near holidays, weekends and during major conventions are not available. Additional terms and conditions may apply with each independent property. Guests that would like to book only a promotional vacation with no upgrades or enhancements will be entitled to travel to one of the nominated cities within their geographical half of the continental USA divided East and West. …Departures and Check in are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday…. All promotional inventory is based strictly on availability. …The travel agency reserves the right to offer alternate arrival dates and destinations.

    My husband and I bought this membership a couple months ago to help save money on the vacations we had planned to make happen this holiday season with our entire family. Every year we normally spend $6k or more on renting a large AirBnB for Thanksgiving and Christmas to get the whole family together.
    I will say we were able to find some really cool 3 bedroom timeshare properties that we were able to rent a whole week during thanksgiving and Christmas that were on the slopes at the resorts we wanted to stay at. We estimated that we saved right around $4,500 to $5,000 on these two family trips alone VS staying in a large AirBnB like we had done in the past.
    So far so good, nothing bad to say and we are happy with our purchase.
