    no way to cancel a subscription on their site.... did not realize my 19.99 1 month trial turned into a 39.99/month subscription which offered NOTHING....

    Never did I subscribed to business, nor have ever sent information to pay anything. Why are they taking money from PayPal which I never authorized. Just found out that they have been taking money through PayPal since in or around September or October 2024 for four-week course I never signed up for. Something is fishy and this company needs to STOPPED!!!!

    Finelo advertised on Instagram and my Spouse with Dementia subscribed to this “service” without my knowledge. Company advertises “ Moneyback guarantee“ However, after several refund requests explaining the situation they elected to still not give me a refund. This is elder abuse. They took advantage of an older adult with a cognitive disability and then refused to make it right. I am also seeking legal counsel to further this investigation.

    Prosperi Academy has my $19.99 on October 30th initial charge and $39.99 on November 26th, 2024 for some thingI, myself, never signed up,
    other person who used my card he did.
    This " business" refused to issue me refund, no matter what. Card is cancelled, subscription cancelled as well. Most serious businesses refund customers for last charge. This one is holding it in the "death" grip. They also changing the name of their business. You know the reason, don't you?
