My name is Kennet Martnez (**********************************), and I am formally escalating my complaint against ENTRE Institute regarding the $9,000 I paid for programs that I never used, and a guarantee that was not honored.
Summary of the Issue:
I paid $7,500 for a Coaching Program and $1,500 for an Insight Program, totaling $9,000.
I was never enrolled in either program, never onboarded, and never given access to any materials, coaching sessions, or services.
I have not used a single part of the services I paid for.
ENTRE Institutes sales video included a guarantee related to their course: "If you dont have a business within 3 months, we will double your $5,000 investment."
I never had a business with this program or project, and there is clear evidence to prove this. ENTRE Institute can legally verify through the State business registry that I do not have any registered business related to their program.
I am not sure if ENTRE Institute tried to contact me, but due to my full-time job and my intention to take the program slowly, I was unable to keep up with their fast pace. As a result, there is clear evidence that I never used any of the services I paid for.
Their recent response to my BBB complaint, citing that the refund window has passed, does not address the central issue: I was charged for services I never received and a promise that was not kept.
This is not a case of dissatisfaction after using the product. It is a clear example of:
Services not rendered
False advertising and misrepresentation
Failure to honor a publicly advertised guarantee
Financial Urgency:
I am currently under serious financial stress. The $9,000 I paid to ENTRE is money I urgently need to:
Pay down credit card debt (for which I have proof of outstanding balances)

I made this investment in good faith, expecting either to receive real help or at the very least the guarantee ENTRE advertised. Instead, I received nothing.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and are sympathetic to the personal and financial challenges the complainant is currently facing. Our goal at ENTRE is always to support our members in making the most of the services they invest in, and we are genuinely sorry to hear that this individual did not have the experience they had hoped for.
To clarify the timeline and engagement history:
The complainant purchased a 3-month Coaching Program and a ticket to our Insight live event.
Shortly after purchase, our team attempted to contact the member to begin the coaching enrollment process and provided instructions for registering for an upcoming coaching cohort. We did not receive a response until approximately four months later when he requested a refund. This request was denied, as it was well beyond the refund window clearly outlined in the agreement signed at the time of purchase.
Since a refund was no longer possible, our team encouraged him to utilize his investment. He was welcomed back and successfully enrolled in a coaching cohort group, confirming his desire to move forward with the services.
Unfortunately, the member did not attend the scheduled sessions, and despite multiple outreach efforts from our team to help him re-engage, we did not receive further communication until after the 3-month coaching cohort had fully concluded.
At that time, the member requested a refund again. Given that the refund request came well after both the contractual refund period and the conclusion of the coaching program, we were unable to grant the request. However, we did offer support to help him re-engage with the value he had purchased.
Regarding the $1,500 Insight ticket:
The complainant purchased a ticket that allowed attendance at one of our next three Insight events, and this redemption period was later extended to a full two years.
Despite having multiple opportunities to register, the member never did so and the ticket has since expired. He did not request a refund within the window defined in the agreement, nor at any time during the two-year redemption period.
Any tax obligations owed to the *** are unrelated to the purchase of our services. ENTRE does not issue income or earnings that would trigger tax liability from a program purchase.
We understand the disappointment of having invested in services that were ultimately not used. However, its important to note that the complainant was given full access to the programs, was enrolled in the coaching cohort, and was proactively contacted multiple times with the intent to support his success. The agreements in place at the time of purchase clearly stated the terms of service and refund timelines, which were exceeded in this case.
While we are unable to offer a refund, we remain committed to helping the complainant access the value of their original investment should they wish to re-engage in the future.Business Response

We appreciate the opportunity to further clarify our position regarding the members complaint. While we understand the individual is currently under financial stress, we must respectfully reiterate that ENTRE fulfilled all obligations associated with the purchase, and no refund is warranted in this case.
Regarding Access to Services and Program Delivery
The claim that the individual was never enrolled, never onboarded, and never given access is factually incorrect. Upon purchase of the 3-month Coaching Program and Insight ticket, the following actions were taken:
Coaching Program Access - ENTREs support team promptly reached out to the member with instructions for onboarding and enrolling in an upcoming coaching cohort, with multiple follow-up attempts documented. After not receiving a response for several months, the member eventually reconnected and was officially enrolled in a coaching cohort. This step requires action on the members part, and by completing it, they confirmed their intent to move forward and participate. They were granted full access to the coaching platform, which included live coaching sessions, session recordings, tools, and curriculum included with their purchase.
Coaching Participation - Despite enrolling in the coaching cohort and being provided with access to the sessions, the member was not in attendance for any of the live coaching sessions. Our team made multiple documented outreach attempts to support, re-engage the member, and offer various forms of assistance throughout the duration of their coaching program. These efforts were not acknowledged or responded to.
Insight Event Ticket - The member purchased a ticket to our Insight live event, which, per their signed purchase agreement, was redeemable for any of the next three scheduled Insight events. ENTRE later communicated to the member that we extended this redemption window to a full two years after the initial purchase date, well beyond the originally agreed timeframe. The member did not register for any event, nor did they request a refund within the designated redemption window outlined in the purchase agreement. Their ticket has since expired.
Clarifying the Scope and Eligibility of the Double Your Money Back Guarantee
The Double Your Money Back Guarantee referenced in the members response is related only to the ENTRE Digital Bundle, not the Coaching Program or the Insight ticket. While the member did purchase the ENTRE Digital Bundle, this guarantee is subject to a set of eligibility requirements, all of which are clearly outlined in Appendix A (pages 8-9) of the purchase agreement the member acknowledged and signed at the time of purchase.
Some of the key prerequisites for eligibility include:
- Begin the course within 60 days of purchase
- Complete 100% of the curriculum and pass all assessments
- Maintain and submit detailed documentation of business activities
- Remain responsive and cooperative during the 90-day support period
- Enact the guarantee within 90 to 180 days of purchase
At no point did the member submit documentation or demonstrate compliance with these or the other terms specified in the agreement. As such, their interpretation of the guarantee does not reflect the full eligibility requirements outlined in the signed agreement. The absence of a business alone does not satisfy the eligibility criteria, which are based on documented engagement, completion, and compliance with all stated terms.
Final Position
We have honored all aspects of the members purchase:
- ************ were made available in accordance with our stated policies and timelines
- They enrolled in the Coaching Program and were provided full access to all included materials and sessions
- They had multiple opportunities to attend an Insight event during the extended two-year redemption window
- They did not meet the eligibility requirements for the Double Your Money Back Guarantee associated with the ENTRE Digital Bundle, as outlined in the signed purchase agreement
All of these details are transparently communicated in our terms and purchase agreements. While we understand the members financial concerns, ENTRE cannot issue a refund for services that were made fully available and remained unused.

I began working with Entre towards the end of 2023 and purchased a course on ***************** Entre promotes themselves as an educational institution, which is how they differentiate themselves from other companies. I was first placed with an implementation coach, ** ********, who stated that I was the perfect candidate for their coaching program. I stated that I was open to trying coaching for 3 months, but Al insisted that 12 months would be needed and that the coaching is imperative for success. Upon signing off on 12 months of coaching in February of 2024, I was not placed into a coaching cohort until the end of March 2024. Al had told me not to begin the course work or take any steps until coaching began. As communicated to Al, I had about 10 hours per week that I could dedicate to this course work. When coaching began, I quickly learned that this coach did not use the marketing software system the Entre promotes, thus this coach could not actually coach or assist me on these important steps. Likewise, the coach did not "coach", he merely reiterated facts from the pre-recorded videos I had already purchased. One coaching session he spent the entire time reviewing the wrong video's that he had told us to watch the week prior!I later found that I needed to create my own website in order to complete certain levels of this first 3 months of coaching. This step was very time consuming, even with my outsourcing it. I do not understand why I was not informed of this need while waiting for my coaching cohort.Without having the website complete, there were multiple steps I was not able to complete during these first 3 months of coaching. Also, even though they were aware I only had 10 hours per week, I was consistently given over 10 hours of homework per week. I have since put coaching on pause, and am trying to discuss next steps with their team. It takes weeks to get an appointment. My overarching feeling is that Entre and its coaching program are 100% a scam.Business Response

The individual enrolled in our coaching program in February 2024 and, in accordance with the signed purchase agreement, received access to coaching resources and materials. The terms and conditions, including our cancellation and refund policy, were clearly outlined at the time of purchase and reiterated in August 2024 during a meeting with our team.
It is important to clarify that there was no lost time in the coaching package due to the waiting period before the first cohort. We schedule cohort sessions based on both the individuals and coaching teams availability, and the end date of the coaching package is adjusted accordingly with any delays due to scheduling.
We understand that the individual expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the coaching program, particularly regarding coaching sessions and the use of specific tools. Its worth noting that we offer multiple weekly live resource sessions beyond the coaching sessions. These sessions, led by our coaches, provide additional support, including technical assistance and business development guidance. Coaching members are welcome to attend as many of these sessions as needed to further their learning.
After the individual expressed dissatisfaction with the program, we made several attempts to offer solutions and provide support. In August 2024, they met with our team to discuss concerns and were offered alternatives, such as a different coaching program or the option to apply funds to other offerings to better meet their goals. The offers were declined, and they agreed to provide an update on their coaching requirements so that our team could assist in placing them in their next cohort.
Our team followed up multiple times via email and voicemail to check on their progress and offer assistance in completing the requirements for the next cohort. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response or confirmation to proceed. We remain committed to working with the individual and providing necessary support within the framework of our policies.
While a refund is not available based on the policies outlined in the signed agreement, we are willing to continue working with the individual to ensure they receive value from their investment. We remain open to further conversations to find the best path forward.Initial Complaint

I would at least like a portion of the 6-months left of the 12-month coaching program refunded and also the portion I paid for the course. I did not get what I paid for. Even though my coaching was a pleasant experience. I did not get what I was promised. I have not made more than $20 on the affiliate business they promised they would help setup. It isnt setup and all they gave me were email scripts and tons of money spent on ******** ads that never worked and months of their entresoft program for $199 a month that helped me get one person to buy my $15 eBook. This is a total scam and probably why they dont have this program anymore. It has been an extraordinary waste of time and money that I cant get back. So no, satisfaction is not guaranteed. I was a beginner starting out in this digital world and still am after their course. I had to hire outside coaching to get were I am now and it isnt in digital affiliate marketing.

As per your refund and cancellation policy which is publicly available on our website this student has surpassed that window and is no longer entitled to a refund. As they themselves noted "I am happy with the coaching I received thus far, and I am now aware that a 12-month coaching plan was not neededonly the 6-month plan." The student was provided with an opportunity to use the other services within coaching as part of her package that she is entitled to as part of her 12 month purchase. As noted previously the student is outside their refund window and options to cancel the remaining 6 month coaching on her account to apply to other coaching options has been rejected by the student. ENTRE does not guarantee an income of a certain number to be made by our program or our coaching classes. We are sorry that this student chose not to seek value from our services. Also we today do still offer a coaching program so the student claiming we have shut it down is not accurate. We will not be issuing a refund given our clear policies that the student was aware of when purchasing our service as well as signing the agreement.

********************* states in his "welcome' and 'thank you' video that he offers double your money back if not 100% satisfied. There is never a time limit stated as they put you on a 90 day "training" path and you move through their "program" at their pace. He sells a product he does not deliver on. What I was told I was purchasing was an 'EDUCATION ON HOW TO START A BUSINESS IN AFFILIATE MARKETING'. At no time was there ANY education on this and as a matter of fact, he stated in a conversational thread with me on ******** that he hasn't offered that program in years, yet that's what he sold me and I paid for. Interestingly I no longer have access to that thread and I'm certain he deleted it out of fear. ********************* and Entre are a fraud. I'm not requesting 'double my money back' as he offered. I just want refunded what I paid to a fraudulent individual and I will continue warning everyone to stay away in every possible way I can. ENTRE's refund policy is clear and publicly accessibly through our website - please see here ****************************************************. The student bought the ** (ENTRE Explorer) Launch Bundle which has a 15 day refund window. The Student purchased the ** Launch Bundle on February 10th 2024 and only requested the refund on March 14th 2024. This is clearly outside our policy. As any other business you have to appreciate that we have these policies in place for a reason and need to adhere to them. The double your money back guarantee has parameters that are clearly outlined in our agreement and T&Cs so please reference them and you will see that you are not eligible for that claim.
As per your conversation or correspondence with ********************* - without substantive proof if you can provide it - there is nothing we can do. This is just a claim at present without evidence. As noted per our policy you are outside the refund window.
We would also like to clarify there is no current lawsuit against us.

The individual who made the purchase is subject to a 15-day cancellation policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions as well as in a Purchase Agreement that was signed on 9/4/2023. The individual has many inaccurate claims. Below are a few I think worth clearing up.
The individual claims the purchase was made on 9/5/23 but our records, and the attached Purchase Agreement indicate that the purchase was made on 9/4/2023. The purchase agreement documentation includes a digital signature that cannot be tampered with or forged. It is important to note that our front-end products have a 30-day cancellation policy, which is not applicable to this individual's refund dispute.
Our records show that the student submitted a cancellation request through our cancellation request form on 9/21 2:55am EST but placed a request for Success Secrets Training, chosen from a dropdown menu, and chose ENTRE Foundations from an event drop down menu. This individual received a refund for Foundations - Success Secrets and the Success Path Masterclass on 9/22/2023.The Implementation Bootcamp Program is a bonus program, as listed in the attached Purchase Agreement. Correspondence shared to us from the student directly, shows that the Specialists responded to her inquiries and on several occasions proposed scheduling a time to discuss her questions, which she declined.
While these details indicate that we were not outside of our right to uphold our refund policy, we have cancelled this individuals Digital Bundle Purchase and provided a refund. This refund was processed today and may take **** business days for the individual to receive, depending on their bank. Our support team informed the student on 9/29/2023.
