    I parked my car in the loading dock at my apartments to deliver things to the 7th floor, which is where everyone parks their uhauls and vehicles for unloading. I finished unloading and within 5 minutes my car was gone, I immediately called the tow company and asked security if they had it towed which they said no they wouldnt do that especially in the unloading dock, and the lady who answered the phone was absolutely awful. I was extremely frustrated its 104 degrees and I just delivered stuff to the top floor and my cars gone, I told her I need to know how much its going to be to get out, she very dismissively says she doesnt know, i said ok well please call me when the vehicle gets there so i can know how much to get it out out, which she says I dont need to call you and tell you anything you can call back and maybe Ill let you know and hangs up on me. Then I keep calling and calling which she keeps hanging up on me and says if I go there she wont help me because I have an attitude, um what? You cant legally keep someones car in tow because they have an attitude. Thats illegal. Ive called and this lady has refused to give me her name so I can complain to her supervisors, she denied giving me the address multiple times, and then hangs up which I have screen shots of how many times ive called. I had to call the office in **** to get help and get the address! Its ridiculous that youre withholding my vehicle and wont give me the address or price to come get it. Outrageous! I understand tow companies have a job but withholding my vehicle and not giving me the address and telling me I can ****** it and come down there and you still wont give me my vehicle is illegal.

    On [Date], my vehicle ([2017, ******** accent , 792S84]) was towed from ********************************************************* by this company in *********, *******Although a 48-hour notice was placed on the car, Nevada Revised Statute ******* requires the tow company or property owner to notify the local police at the time of the tow.I contacted the **************************************** and confirmed no tow notification was filed. Posting on a website does not meet the legal requirement. As a result, I believe this tow was unlawful.I had permission to park from a resident, and I attempted to resolve this directly with the tow company without success.I am requesting:Immediate release of my vehicle without paying storage or administrative fees

    the red car and ************** F350 with ** Trailer on top haven't moved in over 4 weeks and according to the CC&R they are classified as Stored and or Abandoned, the red car is a resident vehicle that is parked in our guest parking and this unit has been in multiple violations that the tow company has refused to come out and tag and or tow, The F350 parked in the back with the ** Camper also hasn't moved in over 4 weeks now and has been reported several times by myself and other residents, to this day it hasn't been tagged. Then you have this *** Motorcycle that is parked in the diagnol lines next to the vehicle in the handicap space, another one they refuse to come out and do anything about, several complaints have been made to the board and the *** and nothing has been done, for more than 12 years Tow Truck Company has failed to do their job and simply ignore home owners who call in and report vehicles that are in violation of the rules

    We are only allowed to tag and tow if management sends request.  It is not that we are not doing our job, it is the fact that they have not been signed off of from hoa management.  There might be a reason but we do not have any idea.  If they send us a request, we can take care of it.

    I already reported the company who ordered the illegal tow, now this is about the tow company who illegally entered my vehicle, strapped it to a truck, and took it from its rightfull spot. That's stealing. Now they won't give it back and refuse to even discuss the mistake. They will only give it back if i pay the ****** for something I already own outright.

    Please ask the person filing the complaint for more information.  I have no idea what kind of vehicle, where it was parked, no vin so I can pull it up in the system to investiage. I just need the last 8 on the vin number.

    Silver 2011 mazda3 legally registered with the dmv to ******* *******. Owned by ****** ***** parked at **************************** complex were I have been a resident for 20 plus years. Car is fully operational and had only been in the spot for a couple of hours.

    My car was towed from parking in front of my own driveway from the tow truck company. I called and they said its $330. I went and paid $110 cash and the rest on my debit card. I noticed the lady took my card to the back then she came back and said oh wait the card machine is here so clearly she took a pic of my atm card so I had to contact bank to change my card. I came home and noticed on the paper the location where my car was towed is wrong. Its 7 streets from mine. I called and asked for an explanation and said I will contact channel 13 and a lawyer. The lady said she will call me back. She called back within ************************************* was did you already contact channel 13 and a lawyer I said not yet why? She said come back and get your full refund. So clearly they are scamming people. Towing peoples cars for no reason. They got caught and thats why I was able to get a full refund. This company needs to be exposed. They are scammers!!!!!

    1/24/2024 The tow truck company CPCN7136 ********** They randomly harass the residents of apartment complexes for various reasons. Then are rude when they let them know they cant do what they are doing. They ******** a car and leave a violation on the window for expired tags no matter how short , even if they are paid for but waiting for the tags . You let them know whats going on they dont care , they hang up on you and tow your vehicle

    They unlawfully tow vehicles and lie about whether or not your vehicle is registered. Also unlawfully towing vehicles that were not authorized to tow. They have put many violations on my car even though my apartment complex has no violation against me they are illegally going around neighborhood stealing cars.

    On 11/30/2023 we called AAA for a tow. Due to the fact our 2021 ***** HRV would not start and the dash warning read brakes are Engaged. The Tow Truck Company came our to tow us to *************. The driver went inside the Vehicle and witnessed the breaks were engaged. He then proceeded to tow my vehicle. While we were in tow a truck driver pulled us over and informed the tow driver my vehicle was smoking from the rear. The tow driver proceeded to *****. When ***** inspected the vehicle we were informed that the rear breaks totally burnt. Due to the fact the vehicle was improperly towed and should have been towed with a dolly. We have done everything possible to resolve this issue. Feeling The Tow Truck Company is responsible for burning our rear breaks. We have sent photos of the Rotors which were totally destroyed.I have spoke to the manager *************************** ************. Who has promised to call me back and I have yet to hear from him. He also informed me he gets many Fraudulent claims. This is not a Fraudulent claim. My car was towed improperly causing $479.00 in damages.The Tow Truck Company is responsible for this damage to my Vehicle.

    My car was towed illegally I had a parking pass in my window my car was pose to get towed to shop next day I see a lady taking pic of my car so I tell her why u taking pics of car she said violations I sss as Id its a parking pass in window she said ok gets back in car leave 5 mins later so go to office to tell managers they give me another parking pass tel me to put In window while she call them to let them knw wasnt at Hm 5 mins I go to put in windows driver very aggressively pick car up and skurts off almost running over my fianc foot while we flagging him down with pass in hand continue to drive off go pick up car next day they told me it will be ****** now paid 305 to get my car when it was that simple to stp no 24hr notice nothing I will be contacting *** of ********* as well yall should to

    My right side under my car has damaged from the tow. Now when I stop car makes loud sounds it wasn't making before. I requested them to give picture of all picture taking before towing and said they couldn't provide.
