  I called several to check the status and they kept telling me the driver was a few minutes away. It’s been almost 3 hours and we’re still waiting. They changed the status on the app to show that the driver arrived which was not the case and there’s no way to track the drivers status. Allstate needs to terminate their contract with this company because they are terrible.

  Worst ever! NEVER showed up and left me waiting STRANDED for over 3 and a half hours alone!! RUDE AND IGNORANT ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE , DIDNT SHOW UP, LIED ABOUT SENDING SOMEONE FOR HOURS AND IGNORED ME FOR 3.5 hours from 3am - 6:30!!!!
  They were supposed to show up within 90-120 minutes to help unlock my car after i accidentally locked them inside my car after work!!! and never did. The owner called me a hour after i requesting service and said the only truck she had available was not able to help me because it was “too big” to be able to drive to my car which was in a casino parking garage at Fontaineblue. She said in 2 hours she will have someonw come unlock my car… 2 and a half hours of waiting later I texted her multiple times and no response. Same when i called twice. I will never be using phenomenal towing ever in my entire life!!

  Be prepared to wait 7 hrs if they are dispatched through any insurance company. They put insurance tows on the back burner on purpose.

  I’ve always had pleasant and reassuring experiences with Phenomenal Towing. Melissa, Reuben and Jay are amazing, friendly, professional and so patient!! They always handled my trucks with the utmost care and professionalism!! If you ever need a towing company call Phenomenal Towing!! These guys rock!! Thanks guys!!

  Had an horrible experience with them yesterday. I had a flat tire at work and needed a tow. after speaking to a lady on the phone with info on my car I asked if I could setup a time frame bc of my work schedule. she said no problem. I clocked out of work earlier than normal bc I was under the impression that they would show up around a certain time frame. I called twice. first I was told they would be there in about 15 minutes - an hour later I called again and a guy answered. tells me it's going to be more time till they get to me. they had charged my card already and at this point I was pissed and stuck in a parking garage for close to 2 hours. they then canceled my tow through roadside assistance. making me have to wait even long now to get a tow.

  The lady who answers the phone is rude and impatient. She just repeats the same responses even though they don't make sense. She is very grimy. I called for a tow around noon. By 7:00, it was not picked up yet. When it finally got picked up, it was taken to the yard because they stated the collision center was closed. This specific collision center is open 24 hours for drop offs. But because they took it to their yard, they charged storage fees. And that was the bottom line. They wanted to charge more because they were dealing with an insurance company. My vehicle was involved in an accident. I was then instructed to go down there to sign release forms because my insurance company had another company pick up my vehicle. She also DEMANDED that I pay the storage fees before they would release it. My insurance adjuster dealt with this situation after that. They are greedy and dishonest.

  This company has some of the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I requested a tow for my vehicle at 515pm through my insurance which stated it would be approximately 2hrs. When i contacted this company at 0730pm i was told by the "dispatcher" he spoke to the driver and he was 15 minutes away. at 0800p, i tried to contact the company again, however, there was no answer. I contacted my insurance and they stated the driver was 5 minutes away after contacting him.
  I then proceeded to get a very rude phone call from the driver telling me to stop calling to figure out where he was. The driver had a lot of attitude that, i wont lie i responded in kind, was unnecessary and made the situation worse. I told the driver i just wanted to get my vehicle towed so i can get home to sleep for work and he told me " go ahead and sleep" at which time the call was disconnected.
  I waited approximately 10 minutes and reviewed my insurance app where i saw the driver was now more than 15 minutes away and not moving any closer. I contacted my insurance company about this issue and after about 45 minutes the driver cancelled the tow and i was left stranded.
  This company lacks professionalism, customer service, and accountability. Had it not been for the fact i was able to get my vehicle restarted i would have waited an additional 2 hours for another tow company. I will never use this company again.

  My insurance dispatched this company, Michelle who says she is the owner apparently couldn’t not pull up request was very combative and rude. She hung and never answers the personal
  wireless number again

  Never use this company I had accident 4 days ago this tow company kept my car instead of sending it to the shop for 3 days to to rack up extra storage fees tell your insurance company to send someone else.
