      10/15/2019 This HouseEats service never started, and I've enquired several times over the YEARS about when it would be starting and getting a refund. 06/2024 I was offered to have the amount for this service added to their other service that I was using (house seats), I'd like to be refunded as I've asked them to do previously.

      I purchased the 4 ticket plan for $169.00 on 2/26/24 for my daughter, *****************************, ************************ as a gift. She has not been able to access the site to use the gift. She has tried contacting them with no response. I have tried contacting them 4 times with no response. The subscription is only good for one year from time of purchase so time is of the essence since she has not been able to use it. We feel it is a scam for the Reno area. **************** does not exist.

      Thank you for your email and follow up on this issue.  We don't see any records of email correspondence to our customer service email from you or from ********.  We are sorry that this membership may have not worked out in your favor.  We currently have a few shows offered in ****, and have operated there since 2010.  Although we don't have the number of shows offered in sister cities, such as Las Vegas where we've been operation for 18+ years, many members have enjoyed Reno shows nonetheless.  

      In any case, we refunded you the original purchase made for $169.00 and would love to send ******** to a show in **** on us, for the trouble.  Please let us know which show she'd like to attend and we'd be happy to pick up (2) tickets on the house for her.  She can reach out directly to ******************* in customer service at her personal email ******************************** or our main customer service *********************************************************.

      We paid for the four (4) person ticket and although they refunded our full purchase price, they are offering two (2) tickets. We would like four (4) tickets so that our entire family could go to an event/ show for the frustration we have endured trying to use this company.

      We have not had access to the House Seats account to know which shows are available in the **** area. Emailing a general customer service, ************************************ email address that will have no information regarding the approval for us to be given 4 tickets to a show is not going to be productive. We have tried emailing their customer service before with no resolution resulting in our BBB complaint. *************************** should be handling this from start to finish or assigning someone to personally deal with us one-on-one if he wanted to satisfy our concerns. We will email the general customer service to see what happens.

      I am rejecting this response because: Emailing a general customer service email box where they are not aware that ******************************* has agreed for us to receive 4 free tickets to a show in **** will not be productive. We have not had access to the House Seats account to know what shows are available in **** to request the 4 tickets we want. ******************** should take care of this personally by assigning someone to work with us one-on-one until it is resolved to avoid more frustration, confusion and delay.

      I am rejecting this response because: We have no record of anyone attempting to call us. ******** service up to this point has not worked out. An email to respond which show we would like to see in **** was not provided and once the case is closed, we are not assured we will be provided show tickets. 

      We would like to see the Temptations on 9/20/2024. 

      We both work at jobs where we cannot answer our phones during 7 to 4. ************

      I bought this membership for the **** area right before Christmas as a gift for my mom. There are no shows offered. The calendar shows nothing. It is clear the company is not even active in the ****/Tahoe area. They have zero partners here. It's a giant scam. I asked customer service about the lack of shows, and they never replied. I can't even tell if this company even exists in this area, or has any staff. It is fraudulant to claim to offer show tickets and in actuality offer nothing to your customers. Not one single even poor quality show.

      Good day.  Thank you for reaching out regarding house seats ****.  Each city house seats operates in has various offers over the lifespan of members accounts.  We work closely with show partners, and we are always working to secure new offers as often as possible.  However, it is important to remember that it is completely up to our partnering shows and venues themselves, as to when and how often they may choose to offer their tickets. We have been in **** since 2007, and overall a thriving business since ****. Indeed, we refunded the account as requested by the member and thank you for your time.

      Like many others on this site I paid $50 to House-Eats for an initial membership. The program has still never begun after over 3 years of waiting. I have contacted them via their website several times and have received no resolution. I am a member of HouseSeats and use that service regularly. I have asked for a refund AND also asked to have my $50 applied to my HouseSeats membership. No response. Can anyone help OR are all of ** who signed up early simply out of luck???

      Thank you for being a loyal member of house seats since 2015.  We are grateful you have entrusted us all these years with our seats service.  Indeed, we launched house EATS in late 2019 before the pandemic and we have struggled to get this off the ground once again.  As you signed up early on 9/2019, we extended beginning early bird pricing for $50.  As we launched a few restaurants began to list with **, and offers were placed onto the site.  We continued until March 2020 when restaurants were shuttered. We did offer our members $50 gift certificates to be redeemed at a local restaurant partner and extended time for members who wanted to hold on until it launched again.  However, as we have meager staff at house seats who also run house EATS, we haven't been able to properly relaunch this as of late.  We still intend to, but we will happily refund you the $50 and add extra time to your very useful house seats account you regularly use.  We hope this is satisfactory and would extend the same to those you may know who also feel they would need a refund for their EATS at this time.  We will let you know when we re-launch this endeavor.  Thank you.  Sincerely, *************************** house seats/EATS founder.

      My husband (***** ******* and I purchased a houseseats membership as a birthday gift for my daughter in law. ***** ******* on August 9, 2022 for the amount of $109 . She never received it. I tried to call them but, the phone number provided is disconnected and no longer in Service. I tried emailing them numerous times with no response. I want a full refund. I did not receive the service . And have zero access to their service. And they will not respond to resolve the issue.

Three different emails were responded to by house seats customer service attempting to help said member. member's email may be in their junk folder. As we received this request for refund, we called said member, at which point said member hung up the phone on our customer service team. Finally spoke to said member who said they already canceled the membership. refund was granted on 8/18/2022. That you.
