            On January 28, **** at 4am we took a desert cab from the ******** hotel to *** airport. The charge was $30 dollars. I do not have the cab number. I left my iPhone in the cab. Using the find my phone feature I saw that the phone was in the cab and have evidence that the phone was in the Desert Cab offices the next day on Jan. 29. Ive used the lost and found feature and the contact us feature but have heard no response from the business. The phone is a iPhone 14 Pro with a clear plastic cover. I would like to receive a response from the company on why they have my phone and have not returned it.

            Had a terrible experience with a cab driver of Desert taxi in Las Vegas Nevada on May 29.2021. Taxi driver insisted on me paying her cash money and at a different rate then what was showing on the fare box...I contacted the metro police and a supervisor about this incident...I was cursed and threatened in front of hotel staff and guest when I refused to pay her at this rate.Cab 5380

            This sounds uncharacteristic of my drivers. I want to review the incident, but our cab numbers start in the 4000 series. I looked up cab number 4380, and it was not on the road on May 29, 2021.

            I'm not sure of what you mean by uncharacteristic of your drivers...because this incident happened on the date given Friday May 29.2021from ONE OF YOUR DRIVERS...I have photos of the driver and a picture of your cab and cab number that is time stamp. I will not allow anyone to treat me this way and charges will be filed for this incident as soon as I am able to find the needed information for your driver. You can contact me directly for any information you need to find which driver this was. I also spoke to the night dispatch supervisor about this incident.

            My apologies about the date ..I meant Friday May 28th...it actually spilled over to May 29th because it started almost at midnight...4380 was the cab number..I have pictures of the driver and the cab
