I filed my taxes and company registration at this company with Spartak. He supposedly filed 2 DBAs for my LLC. He charged me his fees and the state filing fees. 9 months passed by and I haven't receive anything from the state, I wasn't able to even open a bank account or do anything with my business because registration was not finalized. Every time I call or email the office I get no response, I sent many messages and voice mail and requested refund, they told me they will send me a check and I haven't receive anything. This firm should not be in business, they scam people and they keep opening under different names. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional. I lost almost a year of my registration and I wasn't able to proceed or do anything since they didnt even provide me with a copy, when I asked for my copy Spartak told me that he sent all documents to the state and didn't keep a copy which is obviously a lie. This firm should be penalized for what they did, they should refund my money ams compensate me for my loss. I have all emails and messages correspondence.
