  Refund for money paid and them failing to do their job and fax in paper work which lead to be now owing the *** for some reason.them gauranteeing me a certain amount of money on my refund then fir some reason i owe now because they never faxed in paperwork requested from them, everytime i call to talk to ******* get put on hold she never gets on phone have waited almost a hr .

  2 years ago I retained cedena multi-tax services to file my back taxes 2021 they said they need $1,000 upfront to do so. I gave them the $1,000 and ever since then I was put into review immediately with the *** and then after being reviewed they audited me. My tax return went from receiving $14,687 promised by my tax preparer ******* to now owing $12,000 and they will not refund my money even though I've been audited and now found liable for other text issues that they overlooked. I went there and they told me that they will not refund my money they don't care what I do or what I say it's not going to happen. Security guard laughed in my face and went back in the office door...laughing at me

  Tax Fraud this company is putting false info on peoples return without customers knowledge caused us to get Audited and then they try to charge u another fee saying they will amend there mistakes to fix your return its been a yr I still havent got my return for2023 these people set appointments promise to fix things they cancel and dont respond no more how ever people with no w2 or job is receiving returns with no problem for thousands this company has got me and my kids audited for fake info they decided to put on our returns without our knowledge I really dont know where to go from here bc my stuff has a Irs freeze on it this **** bc I really worked and had w2 and dependents as well as my son and daughter none of us received anything smh and these people keep giving us the run around I wish I never went here at all listening to a friend which by the way havent worked in 6yrs and got a return for ***** smh

  They are scamming peoples info for taxes and then dont answer the phone. I filed almost a year ago and they disconnected their phone and I have no way to get to them

  In September of 2023, I filed my 2022 tax returns with this company. There was an error in the filing and I needed it fixed. I also needed to file my 2021 taxes so I thought I could do both at the same time. I couldnt reach anyone on the phone so I ubered to their location. They had a filing deadline of October 13th and knowingly scheduled my appointment for after that date. Then, they canceled the appointment the day before it was scheduled. I have tried numerous times to schedule another appointment but they rarely answer the phone. Finally, in August of 2024, I was able to make an appointment. I was told there was a fee and I was happy to pay it. The day of my appointment, I ubered to the office and nobody was there. I telephoned multiple times but never received a response. I dont drive because I was in a horrible accident and I dont feel safe in any vehicle. Ive spent almost $150 Ubering to and from their office in order to not get an appointment. Id really appreciate a call back, for them to fix the error they made on my 2022 tax return and to file my 2021 return with a fee waiver due to all of the run around. I wouldnt have used this company if I knew they had an F rating. People rely on tax preparers to do the right thing this entire situation is beyond frustrating.

  Hello ****, we don't see any errors on your return. It looks like you were self-employed last year the *** is asking for proof of your self-employment. We need you to provide invoices and proof of expense for you to be able to receive your refund. I attempted to contact you to request those documents, give me a call as soon as possible.

  On September 30th 2023 I went to CEDENO MULTI SERVICES to get my 2021 tax return done. They have took my money a $1000 but they said " the computers was down and they were like 25 people behind" and they took my payment and said that lady would do that and have it done by the end of the week. that she would call and we can electronically sign it so but like I say a month which all we got was just drag along then it got to a point where I would call they would immediately pick the phone up and just hang it up. so I went down there again in November and they computers were down again. They never called never said nothing, never heard anything from her so I called back and, like I said, pick it up and click it right back down. Later when when somebody else made a complaint they have finally called and said they don't even have my signature! So we signed electronically again! And made the appointment for me on 2nd of February 2024. When I finally went on my appointment they said at that time they are "not doing people like me at this time". I asked for my money back, but they said once I already have signed it means they have already sent my taxes to IRS but IRS never received anything! ******* have been threatening over the phone my friend over her complaining to BBB and said she will make her "owe IRS $15k" because she left the complaint. But I'm not going to let this people intimidate me like that. And I need them to do what I have paid for!

  *******, you file my taxes and get things done. Your business has fallen ****** and I cannot even get ahold of you. You have your security guard telling me that I owe money to the *** when I clearly don't and You wont even let me speak to you or any of your preparers. Instead you have chosen to push me back. I am going to report you directly the governing authorities real quick if you don't hit me back. Shredding my documents, giving my personal info to your security guard. For god sakes you have other peoples personal documents just lying around all the desks in your office I saw someone elses W2 from this past year with ALL of their information attached to it. Youre out of line for this ********

  We have the right to refuse service, your opinion does not matter. You were told that you don't qualify for a refund because you made over 150k and didn't pay any taxes. Last year you were able to receive a refund because of pandemic assistance credits, which no longer exist. I have you on camera, never once were other client information anywhere near you. I have messages of you harassing me, and threatening me to do your taxes, and saying telling me you should be able to claim uber and houses you purchased, etc. Which in your case will not help because no matter your expenses you didn't pay any taxes on any of your income. I have uploaded the messages to the BBB, and you will never be able to use my services again.

  I went to cedeno multiservices on 9-30-23 with my uncle and we paid to have our 21 back taxes filed in cash $2,000. We met with the office manager who told us that their systems were down and that our taxes were going to be completed by ******* during the weekend and we were going to get a call from them on Monday to either come down to review and sign or we could do it as a digital signature over the phone. We never heard anything, so we called and left messages and went down there and each time we got the response of , ******* was out of the office, write down our number and she was going to call back. We never heard anything back and then they just stopped answering the phone for us when we called. I called them today and I actually got someone on the phone and they said that she was not in the office and she was going to call me back. I got extremely upset as this is the same response I have been getting from them and yet I have never gotten a phone call back, and I told them I was going to report them to the irs as well as the department of accountancy for the *************** if I didnt receive my money back today. I also asked them why when I was doing some background research on Giselle ********************** the registered agent for this business, I found that she had a felony case for possession of a controlled substance from 2021. I have a hard time understanding why the *************** would entrust an individual who has a felony charge for possession to have a good moral representation of the law that surrounds the responsibility of preparing properly each clients tax returns. Im the one who is responsible if I get audited and I want to make sure that the person I paid is going to be a reputable tax preparer with my best interests at heart. I also found that she started a new corporation named Multitax LLC license number ************** that she started on 10/18/23 listed at the same address and number as the previous llc, which now has a F rating with the BBB.

  Client in question has already been refunded the full amount that she paid for her backfile even after completing the return out of courtesy for the client. She came to our office intoxicated and has a history of drug abuse, she has been threating and making false claims towards our office. No registered tax preparer is allowed to be convicted of any felony type crime. Therefore, we will be pursing legal action against this person for defamation of character. They will never be allowed to use our services again.

  Went to backfille my 2021 taxes was poorly handled and kept rescheduling my appointments. dialed irs number and told I had to refile but that wont be until next season decided to take my business elsewhere, asked for a refund and was denied because even tho I have to refile they believe they already done their job. now I cant go take my business somewhere else if they dont to give me my money back

  I paid $1000 to the girl ****** , To file my 2021 taxes I didn't return to e sign and for two months , I've been calling and e mailing , for a refund.No one has responded. Two weeks ago I showed ** in person...they said she had to verify my request, and she would send it to me via cash app...I still haven't received anything.Could you please help me get a refund of my money.
