      Paid ****** for iPad repair of charger port. Unit was returned with a broken screen and the sales person threatened to beat up my son. Picked up my item on 4/3/2023

      1) In August 2022 I was charged $79.98 for something I never ordered.2) Then in 09/2022 I was charged $199.75 for an auto shipment of diet gummies which I never agreed to auto ship.. I returned the $199.75 in 10/2022. GoGadgets never recredited me $199.75. I have called my charge card company multiple times and they refuse to adjust my charge card account. Go Gadgets is responsible and owes me a total of $279.73. AND I WANT THIS PAID TO ME POST HASTE.

      I ordered a set of wireless earbuds, order number PRE363780-1. The order was shipped to ********* then to ************, **, and I was told it could not be shipped due to an incorrect address. I called the company customer service, and they told me that the address was to *********************, ***************************************************************************************************************. I went to the post office to get a copy of the tracking history, and they said the address was **************************************************************************************************. The tracking history from the post office should not be different from what the company's customer service tells me. I requested a refund on this item, and the customer service told me they are only the third-party billing company. After reading the company refund policy, I only have 30 days to complete the refund request, and according to the post office, I cannot track the package as it is being returned because the number may have been covered up. I would like a refund, and it does not appear they will do that.
