    I've experienced same issues. Did not receive a bonafid breakdown invoice to file w/tax return to get rebate solicited, as well as to update my homeowners insurance policy for the investment made on my property. Zac's email is no longer good, and ******** Financial won't follow back either. ?

    They tricked me into spending over $30,000 on solar power by telling me my power bill would only be the cost of running the “solar power”. After my first $300+ power bill, this company came to my home and informed me my unit didn’t get the “upgrade” that went out. I then received a vm from a number of “no caller id” saying I’d used more power than previously and I am solely responsible for my power bill and my solar bill. 2 months later and power bills still in the triple digits when it’s only supposed to be $10-$20 per month according to them. This is one of the biggest scams in modern history. Unbelievable.

    Check my review under ICON Power AZ location for a more descriptive review, also written today 7/6/23. They are deceivingly good at their jobs. I was made false promises and have hand written notes from sales rep Morgan Monsees as well as texts. I also have texts from her supervisor Zac ****. All mentioned my incentives for which is why I went with ICON. It was never communicated to me that I would no longer receive what was promised due to $15k $20k $30k discount off the project. I mentioned all those random numbers because their stories are all over the place. Wish I could upload my texts.
    Once my panels were installed and it was too late everything changed. To top it off I’m here and I am paying for panels that do NOT generate enough power to make a difference in my energy bill. Say no to ICON.
