    On 5/30/2023 I saw an internet ad from FlawlessFinish for skin tag serum for $39.99 It stated as seen on Shark Tank. I went to the website and went through the process of putting in my information, but I never hit the enter button to complete the purchase. On or about 6/6/2023 I went back to the website and completed the order expecting to pay $39.99 I received a shipment of serum and the product was damaged. It also contained about 5 bottles of the product along with a jar of cream which I didn't order The bottles were wet with serum. About a week later, I received another shipment with the same numerous bottles of serum and jar of cream. This time the company called it UtopiaSkin, but all charges on my charge card for both shipments referred to the company as Relief1. I called customer service for the first damaged shipment and was told I was actually charged $258.77 because of the jar of cream which I didn't order. They offered to refund half my money and keep the product which I refused because I didn't need 5 jars of serum or cream and I felt cheated. They said if I returned the product at my cost, they would refund all the money. When I called UtopiaSkin, I was told I was charged $298.53 and given the same option of getting half my money back or send back the product at my own cost and they would make a total refund in 2-3 weeks. On 6/20/23 and 6/21/23 I sent back all of the product to both places. I never received a full refund I went to my bank to dispute the charges on 8/29/23. Both companies said it was a legitimate transaction. It didn't matter that I never ordered the first batch. I have attached the following documents: Packing slips, UPSP tracking for return of product, Bank form attempting to get a refund, various consumer complaints I found on the internet stating the same problem I encountered. I would like a full refund of $557.29 from Relief1

    It appears I received a full refund from Utopia but not from Relief1.  I'm still requesting a full refund from this company as well.  I received a Return Authorization code from them as well.   It was an attachment to the original file.  I think Utopia and Relief 1 are related companies as customer service was the same phone number and both addresses were in *********.

    I ordered 5 bottles of Utopia Skin Tag Remover and my **** Card was charged $198.78, as agreed, on 30 August 2023. The product arrived within a few days and I removed 1 (only) bottle from the package. It took only a few days of applying the product to several types of skin flaws, in careful compliance with the instructions, to realize that plain faucet water would have had just as much effect. Therefore I called Utopia (well within the 30 day free trial period) and was given Order Cancellation # 0E0F8B5291 along with assurance of a FULL REFUND within 2-3 weeks. Using the **** 1C4B38BEB269 provided, I passed the 4 unopened bottles (resealed in the original package) to the *** driver, using the provided label bearing *** SUREPOST TRACKING # 1Z B8C 753 YW **** ****, on 8 September 2023. From that time until yesterday, I heard NOTHING more from anyone. Yesterday, 30 November 2023, I ran a trace on the tracking number; that revealed that the package was delivered on 5 October 2023 at 9:34 AM. My full refund of $198.78 is way overdue.     I received your notificaion that Utopia had reportedly sent me a refund.  However I did not know there was a deadline to recontact you. No one of my financial accunts (checking or credit) has yet shown a deposit from Utopia.   Based on past experience, I doubt their report.  It might help if they will tell you where they supposedly sent the refund so I can check there.

    Hi I place an order on June 22 2023 and I try to cancel it they say it was already shipped on the same day I return the product back to them unopened by my post office. I was trying to get my refund back they keep lying .my credit card company trying to get my money back .They have not heard from them yet.     Entered by BBB staff LO consumer states she purchased a product that was advertised on ********* The ad offered the product for $39.00 and a free sample. Consumer was charged $198.78. She returned the product to the post office and she was told she did not owe anything because the package was unopened. She was issued a tracking number but the package cannot be found, it was sent back to the address that it was shipped from. The consumer received a temporary credit on her Discover card but Discover would not accept the tracking number provided by the post office for the consumers dispute. The post office opened a case to try and help the consumer but the package was not found. The business replied to the Discover dispute and said the consumer never returned the products to their warehouse. The tracking number the consumer provided expired on 10/4/23.

    This so-called business advertised this product in ********* They used a picture of **** from Shark Tank. Yes i did bite because of her name.     I cannot understand if u have completely looked into investigating into this matter NOT everyone is mistaken this unscrupulous business  The reviews in the **** Better Business Bureau are stating the Exact Same Thing that happened to me. Maybe Im not as computer savvy as you or that so called business. I did mail back that unopened package. I have the tracking information for it BECAUSE THE PACKAGE WAS UNOPENED IT WAS MAILED BACK TO THE ** BOX WHICH APPARENTLY HAS A LOT MORE PACKAGES THERE.   I realize i didnt send u the tracking information from the federal post office in ******* ****. & do to the days that expired & could not be retrieved. I will forward it to you. You MUST REALIZE IF WE ALL WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED was duped by the same advertisement showing **** from Shark Tank.. & if u ****** her, she states she never has endorsed a product for this  Have you researched this aspect???  Oh yes Im frustrated like they said.. but what about you representing The Citizens for A Better Business Bureau

    I ordered 2 bottles of Utopia Skin Tag Skin Serum remover as seen on Shark Tank on 07.17.2023 #1. It was half off (or so the promo said) They charged me the whole amount of $143.39. I managed to get half back so what I'm asking for is the other half back of $71.69:#2. The product DID NOT WORK whatsoever. I called and asked how I could go about getting a refund for the remainder of the product. THERE WAS A 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. I returned the one bottle, (they wouldn't take back the other since I opened it) As of today, they still claim they did not receive word from their warehouse as to if the product was restocked or not. I've been calling every Friday and they keep telling me to give it time and to call back next week. All I'm looking for is a refund for the supposed 30 day guarantee. I sent the product back on 08.01.2023 with a tracking number of **** **** **** **** **** 45 Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much

    This company is misleading. Initially, I ordered a skin tag vial (not 5 vials!) which was received. This cost $198.78 which was not was advertised. The advertisement was in the $30 range.Then another shipment arrived 1 month later for $198.78! I never signed up for a recurring shipment nor did I ever get confirmation of the 1 vial sale offer.I returned the 2nd shipment. The company wanted to charge $50 restocking fee ($10 each bottle) for a product not ordered! I asked for a full refund. The representative offered 50% off the restocking fee but would not make a full refund.It's a scam. Now I am out of $203.78 when I thought I was buying one vial to try in the $30 range.I asked what their website was and the representative said it "was down" and not accessible.

    July 18 2023 I purchased 2 bottles of Utopia from the company. I checked my bank account a few hours later they charge me $20 over what I purchased then another $198.78 was taken out of my bank account, upon calling and confronting them they gave back $120 but that is it. I have yet to receive the product and they keep giving me the run around pressing the arrival date to another week.

    Date of transaction is 6/12/2023 I paid the business $198.78 The business advertised I bought 3 bottles and get 2 for free they sent me 5 bottles.the nature of the dispute is not wanting to refund my money after they already received their product back after I returned it. Because on their website they advertised in a package that if I bought 3 serums at $***** a bottle I would receive an additional 2 bottles for free. The business charged my card ***** for all five bottles coming out to $198.78 with no free bottles like they advertised. I tried to call and spoke to countless amount of representatives and they denied me the option to speak to a supervisor and kept telling me no matter that I called the post office and they said they put the package in their P.O. Box that they will not refund my money to me so they have their product back and my $198.78 the business representatives were so unprofessional and rude and it seems like the business is scamming and committing fraud on customers by over charging customers for what they thought they were buying through false advertisement and when a customer tries to contact them for a refund and get their money back they took out of their account I got hung up on by the representative with no clarification on my issue at hand.     On May 5, 2023, I tried to order 1 bottle of Utopia Skin Tag remover, but was charged for five bottles. When I saw the amount, I tried to cancel, couldn't, and tried to back out of the site, couldn't do that either. I was charged ******. I received 5 bottles. Order #**********. I couldn't find a phone number so I called my master card provider and disputed the charge. They could not remove the charge, but blocked them further and issued me a new card. I used one bottle faithfully for three weeks with absolutely no results on three types: brown mole, white mole and a skin tag. Nothing. Determined to return the four unopened bottles. Couldn't find their return policy or a customer service number. I work full time, but today, June 28th I had a day off. Found their phone number. They wouldn't let me return because it was over their policy of 30 days. When I told them I could not find any way to contact them until today, they said they would cancel my subscription. I told them that I never subscribed to anything. I never do. They said I had received an email stating that I had subscribed. I searched my inbox for the last two months and have no emails from them. I consider what they did fraudulent in that they coerced a sale and then will not let me return their product. I guess the product is not worth much if they want me to throw it away rather than re-selling it. I am computer savvy and I don't "accidentally" punch 5 bottles when all I wanted was one. Either it is a scam and the product doesn't work at all, or they use what I consider to be sleazy, dishonest tactics to sell their product. On their website, when I finally found their phone number, there were instructions to return product to "RETURN ADDRESS: *********************** No address. They said my statement would reflect an item called "Relief 1*UJ28" which would be the Utopia order. That statement is attached.
