    I ORDERED PRODUCTS OF $180.00 WHICH I DIDNT WANT I TOLD THEM TO MUCH MONEY! THIS WAS IN APRIL OF 2023 THEY MAIL ME PRODUCTS,SO I MAILED THEM BACK.,WHICH WAS IN ******. A COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY,NOTHING HAPPENING,SO I CALLED THEM,THEY ASK ME FOR MY PACKAGE # FROM POST OFFICE. I TOLD THEM I DONT HAVE IT. SO THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL WAREHOUSE FOUND IT TO REFUND MONEY, THAT WAS IN LATE JUNE OF 2023, JUST 2 WEEKS AGO ON JULY 16 2023 THEY EMAIL ME AND TELL ME THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY IN MY BANK AND WOULD TAKE **** BUSINESS DAYS! HERE IN AUG NO MONEY STILL, I CALLED THEM TODAY AND SOME GIRL SAID FROM SUPPORT WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK! NO PHONE CALL! THEY JUST KEEP JERKING ME AROUND! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY DONT LISTEN AND DONT WANT TO PAY BACK PEOPLE!

    I ordered 1 bottle and a free small tub of cream. Was sent 5 small bottles and cream. I was charged $198.98 and $59.98. Arrived end of April 2023. I returned after complaining about receiving 5 bottles and the small tub of cream. Told them I never would have ordered 5 bottles of a product I did not know worked as advertised. Also they shipped products in an envelope which lead to at least two bottes leaking at the dropper seal area. Demanded a full refund. Was told to send picture of items received and I did so. Had to call back to get Return address info because they needed to see the picture first. I called their service a SCAM. Called the next day to get return info. Was given an RMA# and told to be sure that number was prominent on the return package. I did this and got a Tracking Number. Once I saw the product was delivered I called back. They were not aware the product had been received yet. Told me once they confirmed the return I should allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. After that time passed I sent an email and they responded that they tried to credit my Bank, but encountered an error. I was to call them and provide an email address for them to send my refund by an e-check . I called and questioned why an e-check and asked that they try again to issue refund to my bank credit card. I was told it was unsuccessful. E-Check was how they needed to process the refund. I asked for the amount the E-Check was. They couldn't say. They took my email address and said it would take 7 to 10 days for the E-Check to be sent. NOTHING CAME! I've called and sent emails over and over getting no satisfaction. Their generic response was to say they were sorry. They understand my frustration. They needed to contact the Finance department to see if the E-Check was sent. This went on and on as I called told them NO E-CHECK was received. They said check my Spam and or Junk Mail to see if it was there. NOTHING! It is now DECEMBER! Still no refund.
