    I initially reached out to Stanley beginning August 12, 2022. MY Attempting to address malfunction and/or to get my home security alarm monitoring system fixed and operational. I realized that my home monitoring keypad was not changing/updating and also that my iPhone app (that allows me to set the alarm remotely etc.) quit working. I called to have them test the signal It was determined that my system was not sending a signal to dispatch, hence not being actively monitored. After over 2 weeks of phone calls, I was finally able to get a technician scheduled to come to my home AUGUST 25, 2022. The technician confirmed that my system no longer worked because there is an outdated cell card installed. I was explained that I had 2 options, to purchase a new cell card or upgrade to Wifi instead. I told them I wanted to upgrade to a WiFi card immediately and that since knowing that my home monitoring system was not being monitored I felt unsafe. Since this initial finding and determination of what equipment I needed to get my home alarm system back working and upgraded - Stanley has been very neglectful in following up with me and is not providing me with a solution. In the meantime, I am continuing to be billed for monthly monitoring that is not being done. My home is not be monitored, I feel unsafe, and I am being billed for a monitoring service I am not getting. PLEASE HELP ME! I have a detailed communication log to show my failed efforts with this alarm monitoring company. I have been told numerous names and phone numbers etc. I just want my system fixed and operational.

    We take ****************************** complaint very seriously. We have discussed these concerns with everyone involved and coached these individuals on the importance to timely responses to our customers. We have also installed the appropriate communication module on 10/18/2022 and ensured her alarm system is communicating to our central station.
