    I had ****** alarm installed through Impulse in July of 2025. The salesperson was very thorough and transparent. The installer was efficient and dealt with all of my concerns.

    Worst customer service and website I have ever encountered. Initial problems began with the website not having all functions available that the training video indicated. While trying to rectify not havingthe abilityto make additionalpayments, the "authorized dealer" had the finance department Pull the full $3K+ from my account without my authorization. While they did refund my account, 3 days later, it was an inconvenience! After making payments we wanted to see a payment history but that was not available until we called to complain about it. Scheduled payments do not come out on-time. Dates listed on the app showed payments witha 1964 date?!?! We called to speak to the finance department and was told that was not allowed. what reputable company does not allow the customer to talk to the finance department? Instead I was told I would receive a call back and they never did. Twice my account showed an issue was found and to contact customer service but no one is answering the phone. I see why the BBB has given them a grade of F and has revoked them. I will not recommend this company to anyone looking for a home alarm system.

    RE: Customer Complaint- Contract
    I am a 73yo senior living on SS.
    On February 27, 2024 a salesman from Impulse Alarm (ADT) approached me while I was moving into my new home and told me that the builder ( Stanley ****** – Westside Proctor Atlanta, GA) had authorized and approved ADT alarm systems (equipment- FREE; NOT TRUE!!) to be installed in our new homes, and I would only be responsible for monitoring. I was NOT informed of the contractual agreement as this was done with cell phone signature. The ADT – ALARM SERVICE CONTRACT consist of 8 pages which was on the salesman’s cell phone. I was rushed to INITIAL contract without given the opportunity to read all 8 pages. I WAS NOT aware this was a 36 month contract. The technician install the system the same day , which included door bell and cameras, however , I told the installer had no internet, therefore I would not be able use doorbell or camera. As of today, I still DO NOT have internet, since this is new construction. ADT has been charging me $63.99/month.
    I have made numerous calls to ADT and Impulse Alarm to cancel contract, with no help.
    As of 5/19/24, I still do not have internet and NO functioning door bell or cameras.
    Again, I am a 73yo senior on a fixed income that’s being taken advantage of.
    CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.

    BUYER BEWARE. Do not do business with them. I signed up with ADT through a contractor of Impulse Alarm. The contractor passed away before my installation was complete. We were promised a door lock and purchased an extra fire system. They informed me that neither were ordered or on contract and there is nothing they can do. We signed up on 2/14/24 and our cameras do not work. I have called repeatedly to no avail. DO NOT TRUST them. We are senior citizens and are being taken advantage of.

    impulse alarm /adt contract stated that my old home security would be cancelled and paid off(safe home security)then adt would become primary,ive been charged by adt and safehome every month for 6months.ive tried contacting impulse no answer,no communication.need

    This is fraud, the dealers need to held accountable. Alan ****** from Phx lied to me told me, saying he would pay off my ****** acct. which I'm still in contract with because 4 months later I still can't get a get ahold of anyone to fix this, even their so called fake VP ( Dannelle) of dealers operations doesn't answer to my emails. I've requested technicians for the first two months of signing a contract and now i want my acct canceled, of course this is being nightmare trying to get that done. I called the local news to report them, I filed a complaint to Department of Public Safety as well, This fake company needs to be sued!!!

    It's a scam! Spence is a liar!! Please help. They locked me in ANd told me that I had credits. But they kept charging me and saying sorry and cash app me the money they withdrawn.. don't fall for it

    Worst customer service ever. If I could leave no stars I would. Started services in February, canceled the following day, took a week for the tech to come out. Here we are in December and I'm still being charged. I called several times to fix the issue and the representative keeps hanging up. You don't need this *** dealer to get *** services. These people at impulse do not care about the customer only the customers money. I will file a legal complaint after this review.

    On July 19,2023 Adam ***** came to my home telling me he was from ADT, however, later on I found out he was a third party dealer with Impulse Alarm Company
    Adam said the remaining balance of my contract with my previous alarm company will be paid. He would make sure that it would be paid, even if he had to pay it, and I have that in a text messages and in a letter. However, he has not paid.
    I have called impulse alarm company, and at this point nothing has happened. To have such an individual working for this company and not being truthful is certainly not acceptable.
