    Ordered a 6 inch stamp and a ink pad- arrived in very poor condition ink pad had leaked all over the box it came in, stamp pad if you can call it that is a paper thin pad that was bunched up and already dried out due to it leaking out everywhere. The stamp looks like a child made it, very uneven and will not make a good stamp due to the poor material quality used. I want my money back and Ill send this back. Sent five emails and NO response.

    I ordered the stamp and stickers and it took at longer to received , came later than when I needed it, aside from that the product was not worth $160 . The craftsmanship was horrible and the stamp was not straight . The stamp ink was leaked out and not packaged well. Finally the stickers were cut really bad almost cutting the letters . Waited so long for a very bad product.

    I bought an $80 rubber stamp. It was not what I ordered and they wouldnt do anything about it or even communicate with me.

    I have attempted to contact **************** on four separate occasions regarding an issue with my order (Order #*****) and have received no response. Despite multiple emails requesting an update and support, the company has been completely *************** this point, I am concerned about the legitimacy of the business and feel I have no choice but to report this as potential fraud to my bank if I do not receive a prompt resolution.I am seeking either the fulfillment of my order or a full refund immediately.     Ordered several items from this company and have yet to receive any of them. Phone number is not working and no one returns emails. This is a scam and a fraud. Do not buy from this company. For three months the tracking number is not valid and has been changed 3x ******** have yet to receive the package to ship.

    I purchased my item a month ago and no more info since. No response to my inquiry of where my item is.

    I ordered a custom 7 X 7 stamp and ink pad for my business on 2/28/25. Stamp was received 3/18 and ink pad 4/15. When trying to use the stamp, the stamp does not push into the ink pad far enough in order to cover the stamp with enough ink. I emailed Stamplified on 4/16 requesting information on how to get the stamp to work properly. I have not received a response from them yet. I paid $145.00 for the stamp and ink pad together. I am not requesting a refund at this point. I would like info or a new stamp pad in order to remedy the problem.

    On March 5, 2025 I ordered a stamp from **************************. They stated that it would process for 2-3 days and then be shipped. I emailed twice with no reply. The stamp suddenly arrived today, April 16, 2025. The stamp is uneven and poorly made. The ink pad I purchased with it is almost dried out and also poorly made, I would like a full refund.

    I placed an order with Stamplified on 3/26/2025 for a large business stamp and ink and I received an email that day showing confirmation. The website says 1-3 days for handling and 5-10 days for delivery. It is now 21 days later and I have yet to receive any follow up emails. I have sent 3 emails now to customer service and have yet to hear back. I cannot find a phone number to call but it doesn't seem it would matter now that I've read the complaints from others. This is horrible customer service and I will never be placing an order again. I am hoping for my finished product and a response or my $138 back!
