    Made an online purchase of $350.56 (Order F-******) on Nov, 25, 2022. Its been more than 15 days without any information regarding my order, went to the store the employee simply told me online sales has nothing to do with them and refused to give me a refund. Thank you,

    I placed an order on November 24, 2022. For 1 pair of Ugg brand boots in the color black, size 7 womens, and a New Era Fear of God Essentials hat. I paid a total of $129. 63. My order number is F-******. It is December 12, 2022, and I have not received any update on my order for shipping or processing. I reached out to the company via email on December 2nd. The company responded on December 5th with a generic message about delays, but nothing specific to my order. I sent a follow up email on December ********* reached out via social media on December 11th with no response from the company.

    I purchased a pair of shoes and paid expedite shipping. The shoes arrived in the time that I paid the extra shipping for but they were 2 left shoes. First. There is NO phone number to soeak with anyone and i had to email several times to receive a response other than their automated email response. Finally after threatening to file a complaint w/the BBB and disute the charges with my bank did they respond. The ***** were needed for a special occasion which of course added more aggravation because they could not be worn and had to go out last minute to try and find other shoes!! They asked me to send pictures to show they had made a mistake which I did. They offered me an instant credit for the price of the shoes only, not the tax not the expedited shipping fee. Then they also wanted me to send the shoes back at my expense!!! I've attempted several times to get them to refund full amount and/or pay for return shipping since it was THEIR mistake and they refuse. This is horrible le business practice and they should not be allowed to do this!!

    feature has taken $350 from me for order F-****** and has not shipped my product. they won't respond to emails, refuse to refund me. i ask the bbb reach out to them for a refund.

    I was charged after telling them I did not enter a raffle the shoe dropped at a later date they can check their system for a raffle entry and asked where the charge came from called numerous times and also charged me after taking a dispute out at my bank for ****** after telling me to dispute the charge this is the third time this has happened

    I placed an order on ORDER #****** 14 items Aug 23, 2022. These items went 50% off for Labor Day and my order still hadnt shipped and I requested a price adjustment. The company never responded. I paid for next day shipping and now it is October 20, 2022 and my full order still hasnt arrived. I used Klarna as my payment method so the company has been paid in full and I am still missing 1 item. I purchased these items for back to school and now the season has changed and I still dont have a complete order. I have requested a refund and cancellation several times and they take days to respond with the same generic email or dont respond at all. The service has been horrible and I will never order here again.

    I entered in a shoe raffle to try and win the chance to purchase the pair of shoes if I was selected on 10/11/2022. I won and was charged twice. On 10/14/2022 two payments of $255.31 have been posted on my bank account. It is hard to believe this mistake due to the fact I was only eligible to win *** or buy 1 pair, as it is a limited shoe release. I have reached out to them and I was told the payments did not post and will fix themselves, which is not the case as both payments are posted. If I go to my bank and dispute these charges I will be forced to get a new debit card, in which I will have to pay and them be forced to connect it to all other personal bills and accounts I have in hopes I don't miss anything and end up with late fees or even worse a negative impact on my credit score.

    I placed an order on 8/13/22 for a pair of Converse. I quickly sent them back after they were too small and asked to do an exchange. I received more than a MONTH later on 9/16/22 asking me what size I wanted instead. I promptly replied with zero response. I have since called the local store in LV and emailed at least 4 times asking where my order is with ZERO response to anything. The associate at the store told me that there was nothing he could do to help me and that I can get on the website and chat with an customer service rep except he said they probably won't respond and don't know when I could expect them to be back 'online'. This is completely unacceptable on so many levels and I want my shoes or my money back. My order # is ******.

    On 9/1/2022 I placed an online order (#F-669119) for a pair of shoes with a total of $125.75. I was sent email confirmation of my purchase and later another email with shipping confirmation, my credit card was charged for the purhcase on 9/1/22. However, over one month later (today is 10/4/22) I have still not received my order. According to **** and *** tracking, the package was somehow lost in transit. I have filed 2 support tickets on Feature's website (9/12/22, 10/3/22), sent several emails (9/12/22, 9/14/22, 9/19/22), made numerous phone calls (9/20/22, 9/21/22, 10/4/22), have left voicemails, and no one from Feature will return my email, phone calls, or respond to my support tickets. I recognize that it is not Feature's "fault" that the shipper lost my package - but I am their customer and they have charged me $125.75 for a product that I never received. They are a business with insurance policies for this exact reason. They need to rectify this situation by refunding me in full.
