- Return Process with a Prepaid Label:
All orders in the continental 48 states ship with a prepaid return label. A fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost when you use the included return label. If you do not have your prepaid return label, please contact customer service.
1. Circle the return reason on your original invoice.
2. Pack the item(s) to be returned and the original packing slip in a shipping box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
3. Write the order number on the outside of the box, which is an 8 digit number beginning with CL.
4. Once your package arrives it takes about 7-10 business days to process. A $8.00 fee will be charged for the use of the return label.
5. Drop your package off at a UPS location. No need to wait in line, your package has a prepaid label. Find a USP drop-off location here.
6. We will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping.
