Wow, that's how I describe my experience with Gr8housebuyers. Anthony and his team go above and beyond to make sure you have a smooth sales transaction. Kayla found me first and was extremely kind and professional. I wasn't sure what to expect throughout this experience and time was of the essence. Unsolicited telemarketing calls. These people have been calling me non-stop for 3 days even after I've blocked them on my phone. I have absolutely NO interest in selling my house or speaking to someone from there. They need to get the hint that I'm not interested and stop calling me!Gr8housebuyers, LLC Response

Kindly notice, it would be my pleasure to help you figure out the accuracy of your claim/review. It's never our intent to make any type of unwanted call, or bother anyone that has told us otherwise.
Gr8housebuyers® prides itself to the highest of standards, conducts every aspect of our operations with professionalism, respect, integrity, and love for our community. We align our systems and processes with strict policies, rules, and regulations that follow legal mandates and the most stringent DNC and marketing protocols in any industry. However, neither you nor your husband have been in our database under the names provided, and neither reached out directly so we could remove any potential contact associated. We took additional measures to investigate further, and noticed we have NOT had those #'s in over 4+months. It appears those #'s have been recycled with our brand name, and we have done everything in our power to rectify the issue with the phone carrier/providers.Customer Response

One again, you have called into question my honesty and the validity of my experience with calls from phone numbers that, by your admission, did in fact, belong to you recently. You have yet again, called me a liar by claiming you want to "figure out the accuracy of [my] claim/review". Not once have you expressed any empathy for my experience with these harassing calls but have once again skirted around the issue of my experience, and have not even offered any type of apology. All you had to say from the very beginning was something to the effect of, "I'm sorry this is happening to you. These are old phone numbers of ours and we follow strict DNC guidelines to ensure that we don't make unwanted phone calls. We will investigate what has happened to make sure this will not happen again. Again, I am sorry." But instead, you want to try and blame me, say I'm wrong, and call me a liar. That's the very opposite of what you said above about respect and integrity. How disappointing.Review from ED W
