    the current managing member for all these 3 entities is ******************************* with office address and mailing address being ********************************************* and their current registered agent is *************** with the registered agent address being ***********************************************

    The name of ***** **** as a managing  member or any address on there with **************** regardless of ste must be removed as this is very outdated info (almost 2 yrs old) which must be updated any further delays would be subjected to legal action from our ends as we have been writing various emails, have sent correspondence letters regards to this update and have documented this on BBB as well since then we have not received any concrete response or update on this from Bizapedia which is simply spreading false information by keeping inaccurate data and publishing incorrect data and revealing wrong info. More specifically, my personal name and my personal residential home address where I and my family reside. This published content has caused issues, including people showing up at my house, engaging with my children and family members who live at the house, and dangerous people engaging in confrontational and dangerous situations for my family (since the content on Bizapedia has published negative content about me and my company).I have attempted to have the content removed using your online webforms, explaining the situation above in the web forms, but it has not worked.     Thank you for removing the personal content from May 2025.

    Unfortunately, the same person re uploaded the content again on July 18, 2025, with the same personal content a second time, so clearly, they are extorting and causing harm to us, including my personal name, my wife's personal name, and my residential home address.  Unfortunately, the Bizapedia platform have attached the screenshot.  Because this will be a back and forth with the same person who is trying to cause this harm to us.  I have sent communications to the individual, but they will not stop.  The Bizapedia platform is supposed to disallow personal information.  The address posted is not a business address and not even tied to the business, but they looked up our address and keep posting it.

    Therefore, please:

    (1) Remove the content at: ******************************************************************************

    (2) Block the person "**** *****" from continually publishing our personal content.  He has done it multiple times now.

    (3) Remove the business profile for **************************  Because I am being internet stalked, this is the only acceptable outcome at this time.

    Someone named "****** ****" is claiming to be conducting a business named "*******************" from my personal residence in ******. I've requested Bizapedia to remove my home address and information from their website as it's obviously not correct and quite possibly FRAUDULENT. They responded that they had "checked with the Department of State" and when I went to the State Department to search for ******************* I couldn't find anything that showed it even existed.The same thing happened with ************************** - it simply does not exist in the world as a legitimate business. It appears to me that Bizapedia is snatching random addresses from the internet to use for setting up online businesses for other people. This seems to be FRAUD to me and from what I'm reading, it's happened to many other people.Once you receive the email that they've checked, there's no way to contest their "findings" as going back to their website only puts you back on the same page you previously used to lodge the first complaint without the ability to lodge a follow-up complaint or respond to their email.Everything about ************************** and ******************* smacks of fraud, money laundering, or worse. I do NOT want my name and address associated with anything to do with either of these "businesses."

    Both ****** **** and Bizapedia have compromised my safety by publicly posting my HOME ADDRESS on their website. I do not agree with nor do I accept this "resolution" by Bizapedia. By posting my address on the internet, Bizapedia and ****** **** have given out my own personal information for anyone who doesn't agree with their business practices to search me out, come to my house, and cause harm and maleficence. This information has opened the possibility of stalkers and I am seeking legal counsel and intend to formally sue both ****** **** and Bizapedia for their predatory practices. 

    This is a clear and imminent danger to my own well-being. Bizapedia is allowing and creating websites with the personal information belonging to others and it's very dangerous to the actual owners of the homes and residences being publicized on the internet. I am going to seek remuneration from both Bizapedia and ****** **** for this infringement on my privacy, personal property, and sanctity of life. This is a clear and obvious theft of information not belonging to Bizapedia OR ****** ****.

    At the time of my complaint there were 22 pages and over 235 individual complaints against ************************** for this same predatory behavior. This is an illegal infringement on my person with possible legal ramifications from other entities such as the taxation department and governing laws surrounding businesses in general.     Hi, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that there's a glitch. There's no email address or phone number for me to contact Bizapedia, which is why I'm going through BBB. I've requested through their system on 6/12/25 and 6/23/25 to change the manager's address of ********************, in ********* to reflect the updated address listed in the Louisiana Secretary of State site. The outdated address may present a safety issue so I'd like it to be corrected asap. According to their prospective timeline on when they make corrections (up to 7 days), it should've been corrected by now.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Zenglin **** is illegally using our residential address as the address for their business, **************** without our permission.

    **** applied for this business license when we were out of the country for 2 weeks in June.

    We have alerted the US Postal Inspector of Mail Fraud and Identity Theft. We have also contacted the Colorado Secretary of State as well as the Colorado Attorney General.

    Any mail addressed to **************** will be returned to sender, marked: Not At This Address

    Any packages addressed to the same will be refused.

    Thank you ****, I just wanted to add a personal note between us two which is not for public consumption, if you check the url on our website, you'll see we hid the private information as a courtesy even though the user has stated this is not her company, and if you search on the ** SOS site, you'll see the company's status is still listed as "Good Standing". Whenever there's a complaint like this, that's always the best process to determine the facts. :)

    I've contacted this company twice about removing my profile from their website. I didn't authorize my information being published and didn't know they had my information until I did a ****** search of my company. In their contact form, there is no option to do this. I first asked for private information to be removed (they published my home address which isn't public). Then I told them my business folded (even though it didn't), hoping for it to be removed. They responded saying they researched that it wasn't and therefore wouldn't remove it. Then, I asked for it to be COMPLETELY removed and their response was that the source they were pulling from says my business is continuing to be published to their agency. What agency are they pulling from? It just seems like a scam and I don't want my information to be published there. I would like my entire profile removed (********************************************************************). I do not want to be associated with this website.Thanks!

    As you can see we've made a good faith effort to resolve this complaint by hiding the private information on the profile. Please kindly close this complaint and there is nothing further we can do. 

    Finally, we submitted a request to ****** and Bing to check the page in question for changes. The search engines will generally update their search results whenever they detect a change to a page's content, although the process can take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Please note organic search results are not controlled by Bizapedia and there is nothing further we are able to do to hasten their update or removal. You will have to personally communicate directly with entity that owns the search engine through one of their online tools to have a search result removed in an expedited manner.
