We are committed to raising the quality of service and level of professionalism with the Community Association Management Industry and feel HOAs are ready for an unprecedented level of communication and timely response to the issues that concern them. We deliver on both of these requests based on a combination of our professional expertise in Association management and the most up-to-date office automation that is currently available.
The secret to our success at Colonial Property Management has been listening to our homeowner communities, understanding their issues, and solving the day-to-day problems that arise. From our Association Managers, to our Accounting Staff, and don't forget our friendly Telephone Operators, our number one goal is solving our homeowners top issues. There's no secret in being able to deliver great service to our clients - minimize the number of clients that each manager can assist. This philosophy was adopted when we started Colonial and it will continue to be our strategy in the future.
