    "I've lived on one of their properties Villa Monterey Apartments for the last two years, last year 2024, the plumbing system was down at least 8 to 9 times, no water or water being offvall day now currently as of today 6/2/2025, my apartment has been without hot water going on 8 days, since when is that acceptable , called their office and no one has returned my call, totally unprofessional and pathetic, no concern for tenant wellbeing or safety."
