    I entered into a contract with Mars Rising Network LLC for a product development service. I paid $8,500 in full. The project was supposed to take 3–6 months. From the start, the company missed deadlines, failed to communicate, and ignored scheduled meetings. After nine months of receiving no tangible work, I terminated the agreement in writing and requested a full refund.
    Mars Rising never delivered any completed service or product. After termination, they sent a file resembling something found on the internet and attempted to pass it off as work—months after the deadline. I documented and sent multiple certified letters. The owner, Mr. Jeffrey ******, signed for the documents but later responded pretending to be someone else, claiming ignorance of the issue.
    Their public address was discovered to be false; they are not an active business in Nevada as claimed. Their license was revoked/denied. The company is actually located in Sweetwater, Tennessee. The company has also misrepresented its capabilities and violated basic principles of fair business practice. I’ve reported this to consumer protection agencies in Tennessee, Nevada, and South Carolina.
    I’m warning others: avoid this business. I am now pursuing legal action through the Tennessee General Sessions Court. This company is deceptive and unprofessional.
