    I reached out to ServLAW, LLC via yelp on Nov 13th ************************************************************************************************************************ *********, **. I got a response email from a ****** ********** same day asking for copies of those papers which I'm assuming he would need so he could give me proper information. We had 4 emails that day just him asking basic information & then about on the 14th when I was able to send him the actual paperwork. I then received an email on the 15th asking me to set up a customer portal account which I did & saw I had an attached invoice. As soon as I opened the invoice & saw the price I called ****** on 11/15 at 11:11am. We spoke for 2mins 20sec. I asked him what exactly am I getting for $150 cause we never discussed anything about price or what the process was. We never got that far. I told him to just hold off until after I got back from the ************ would call him back when I wanted to move forward. He said no problem everything was good. I went back East to visit my family & came back on Dec 6th & checked my emailsthat night. I saw I had an from ****** on 11/19 stating he tried to serve the papers. I immediately emailed ****** & asked him why did he do that & he told me I never called the ************* keep logs & the invoice was not going to be removed because we had an agreement. I was SHOKED!!!! I then provided ****** with a screenshot of the call we had via email which he never responded. I then emailed again on 12/8 stating I would NOT be paying that invoice since I never asked for work to be done by that office. All our emails were just ****** getting info no mention of terms of agreement or pricing. I can't believe a business can operate like this & try & bully a women into paying for a mistake they did. I'm sorry they went to an address they were never asked to go to that was not on me. I hope your office can help THANKS

    I would just like to say I have sent a couple more emails to the company in regards to the invoice in question & now I'm getting radio silence. Not sure what this business is even charging me for nothing was even explained & now I'm not getting a response to my emails. I was told they track ALL there phone calls but once I was a able to show proof of a call into the office for over 2mins NO ANSWER. This has been extremely frustrating. I will be happy to forward all those emails if need be THANKS

    All directions must be sent via email. If you can provide proof of a email with ****** **********, or Directions you went on vacation and wanted service pause then please provide proof.

    If unable to provide either, we will consider this matter closed.
