I had a similar experience as two other customers who submitted reviews on BBB about Enrique and his business. Enqirue has no integrity, and there is a pattern in how he has engaged with his customers and warranty services to make extra income from his job.
*** ******** **** ********** assigned the work to his company for the pipe leak at our rental property on 7/30/2023. Enrique made a false claim that he shut off the main water line and took advantage of our urgent water damage situation to receive the extra payment of $300 for the main water shutoff. I found out that he was not approved to turn off the main water line by our community manager and what he turned off was the unit valve on our driveway, which takes seconds to do so. Since I didn't have access to ***** and the situation was urgent, my family member sent him the payment and she still hasn't received a refund of $300 even after multiple requests. It's very unfortunate that he has taken advantage of his customers and the warranty services by being dishonest and making bad choices to risk his business and reputation only for short-term gain. I'll continue to fight this case until we receive a refund of $300.

We always take care of our costumers, buth our company is not responsible of the non cover cost from your Home Warranty,

you forgot to mention, your home warranty call you twice, the  firts call was to ask you, if you agree and accept to pay the non cover cost for $309.00 and you accepted and pay.

the second call from your Home warranty, was to explain to you again your policy coverage and the reasons of the non cover pay.

if you still have questions about it, please contact your home warranty, to get more information.

the good is we attended your emergency call on Sunday early morning, to stop and fix the leak in your apartment already flooded.

But do not worry we are always ready to help any costumer, at any time,

buth ones again, check your policy exclusion before you summit any review.

thank you. And have a great day.
