Several months ago (July 2021) I ordered a Velcro Media Wall backdrop ($591.00) from backdropsource.com after consulting with one of their sales reps to determine the best item for my needs. I followed the recommendation of the sales rep and purchased the item. Unfortunately, the item was switched by the company and they shipped an item that I did not want. I have a documented chat with the sales rep that shows the item that was recommended and that I purchased. Bottom line: I was sent the incorrect media wall. I have been trying for months to get the correct replacement. They have promised me over 10 times that it would be delivered. When I can make contact, they always promise that I will be receiving it on the weekend or by a specific date. It never arrives and I never get any shipping status. After repeated attempts to contact them I posted some negative reviews online. They then called me, offered a resolution if I would remove my reviews. I told them that I would consider removing reviews when I have my media wall. Their latest response stated that I would receive it on November 1st. The item did not arrive as promised. After months/weeks of attempting unsuccessfully to get my item, as promised, I sent them multiple emails requesting a full refund. I have yet to hear back. Their Online Chat doesn't work, no one ever answers the phone. No one responds to email. I have uploaded several attachments to substantiate my claim but I have dozens more. These attachments are just the tip of the iceberg.
