    Date of transaction 9/8/2023 Amount paid ***** I was supposed to be serviced by this company to come out on the 11th of September to clean up dog p*** in my backyard. The company never showed up, I reached out to the number they have to speak to a representative not once but 3x I called. I was told and assured that management would reach out to me. They took down my number, email and even my home address. Its now 9/23/23 and nobody still has reached out or even tried to refund my money. When I still need the services done. I cant seem to get in contact with local office. *** attempted to dispute with my bank but theyre saying it can take up to 10 business days and thats if the merchant responds.

    Our records matching consumers name and email address indicate that the consumer tried signing up online via our website and neither time completed the process.  This consumer never even entered a payment method.  This consumers yard was never serviced for those reasons.  Also, our clients never prepay for services anyway.  Payment methods are kept on file and charged only after services are completed.  

    Lastly, no email records or phone records of this consumer asking about lack of services or refund requests.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do have phone records that I called 3 times complaining about lack of services and payment issues Ive always reached out and requested to speak to a manager and was supposed to receive call back and never received any call. If there phone calls are recorded im requesting you guys pull them up.

    Again, consumer tried signing up online for service twice, once in 2021 and most recently on 09/08/2023 and never completed the sign up process by submitting a form of payment..  Consumer was never serviced, nor charged for any service.  The consumers phone number provided matches no records from our local office answering software.  We use a phone software which maintains all messages in and out.  No emails either from both email address we have on file from consumers failed sign up attempts.

    Consumer uploads nothing but screen shots of our website.  

    Please provide proof of a $28.90 charge from us or any other amount.

    I am rejecting this response because: Something isnt right. You guys are trying not to take responsibility for your teams actions. I have the proof that I called, if your calls are recorded you guys need to provide the phone call recordings. Im not accepting this until you guys SHOW where I called 3x and spoke to 3 different representatives. Who assured me Id be either refunded or someone from the local office would give me a call which neither was done.
