      I ordered the Calming chews from this company on March 14, 2024 for $29.99, have NEVER received any products nor any response to my emails, however, they have continued to charged my credit card on April 14, 2024 for $29.99 and again on May 14, 2024 for $29.99. I have started a dispute with Discover to get a complete refund of $89.97 . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL FRAUD.

      This company is a scam! My pet passed and they won't cancel my monthly prescription! Their phone number is not in service and they won't answer my emails! Now I'm stuck paying $80 a month and getting meds that i don't need! I'm gonna call my bank and find out what to do! Do not order from this website!!!!!!

      Do not buy from here! I attempted to purchase items from them back in February, but never received a confirmation email or the products, then they had the audacity to charge me again in March. I've been trying to get them to stop charging me for last couple of months. I attempted to contact their customer service in order to cancel whatever subscription they signed me up for. I've also disputed the charges and issued a stop payment from this company, but they are still somehow kept charging me. Medipups is sketch.

      Definately a scam I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free In July 2023. I have not received them. I contacted Customer Service and they said they were overwhelmed with orders and to please be patient and they would send it as soon as they could, Still no beds and my debit card is being charged $39.99 a month for what I don't know. I will have my bank check that out and file charges if necessary, I really don't think a star rating is applicable in this case but since I need to leave one it's a 1 star

      This is a total Scam. Ordered the buy one get one dog beds on May 30, 2023. Still have not received them! I have demanded a refund to no avail. Have sent at least 17 emails. They have quit responding. A complete scam.

      I ordered a buy one get one free dog bed in May and have been reaching out basically monthly asking for a refund or the product and have still received nothing but empty promises. They took $79.99 and refuse to give me my money back. I tried to call and number is disconnected. This is ridiculous.

      Ordered buy 1 get 1 beds in June as of date nothing. I was willing to wait as they said they were backed up, but it's ridiculous with their excuses. Asked for a refund no reply. Don't order from them. Scammers!
