    As per my receipts, I paid top Flight Channel in the amount of $1960 CDN for a flight to *******, ******* on June 26 returning to ******** on June 30. Our flight was to leave at 6:55 am from ******** and we received a text message at 12:22 am that the flight had been cancelled. ***** rebooked us next day leaving at 8 am and arriving in ******* at 11 pm. Not worth it losing two days vacation to only come home two day ******. Delta had confirmed they refunded to Flight Channel the first portion of the cost of the trip, have not heard about the second portion but flight channel has yet to send a refund to the credit card and will not answer my emails questioning this. I expect a full refund and wish to have this rectified immediately as in the interim I am making payments to the credit card for these charges.

    I purchased four tickets to go visit my daughter who is having a surgical procedure in ********. After her surgery we were bringing her home to recover after surgery. So I purchased four round-trip tickets from this bogus company. I also purchased my little girls flight back on the same plane that we had a return flight on so we could take care of her during the Flight home. They processed her ticket for the flight back. Then I looked for the charge in my bank account for our round-trip tickets. Once I called them, they said that the flight was sold out and they could no longer honor that reduced rate. I explained to them that I needed to cancel my little girls flight home because she would be riding on an airplane with no family members after having surgery ***** did not care. He said there was no refunds offered. Then of course he tried to upsell me for $300 per person for a flight that was originally only going to cost around $800. Now that $800 has turned into $1600. This is obviously a bait and switch. And again ***** said that flight was sold out which was a lie. This company is trash. The customer Service was poor at best and ***** kept saying well so we can get you on another flight for $389 again just trying to upsell me I want to see this company shut down Now we are stuck with a ticket thats non-transferable and nonrefundable for $239 and I need to find a new flight for my little girl to ride home with her family

    I transacted a flight with Flights channel on June 5, 2023 for a delta flight, one way from ****** ****** to ********** **** for $359.00, scheduled to leave on 6/28/2023. The transaction was processed and I received an email showing my conformation. The day before the travel date, I could not get the boarding pass as Delta had no record of my transaction. I called flights channel to find out what happened and was informed that my credit card was declined and they attempted to call me (on my cell) June 6, 2023. I researched my phone for any calls coming in on that date and there was none. I called the credit card company and they said they had not declined any transactions on my card, ever. I asked to speak with a supervisor at the flights channel and was on hold for 30 minutes when another person came on the line and asked what the problem was. I stated the same problem and informed them that I received no phone call, nor was my credit card declined, per the credit card company. They said that is what their records show and they can offer me the same flight for $789.00. I told the supervisor that this action is criminal and I was going to advise the BBB as well as the **** as I felt what they were doing is wire fraud. They hung up on me. I contacted another reputable travel service and got the same flight for $443.00. The flights channel needs to be investigated and have their license suspended pending a full investigation.

    On May 3, 2023, I booked for my wife, *****************************, a roundtrip flight through Flightschannel from *** to *******, leaving May 14, for $380. They sent a message confirming the purchase, saying "Your booking is Confirm [sic] with flights channel BookingID: *****." When I called them on May 7 because the e-ticket had not arrived, they said the ticket was not booked because it was not available at that price. They offered to sell me the same ticket for $830. I asked why they had not contacted me. They said they called my cell phone on May 4, but that was a lie. There were no calls from them. I had to buy a last minute ticket for much more money than I would have had to spend elsewhere on May 3, had I not been scammed by these scoundrels. Why are they still in business?--*************************

    I purchased airline tickets with FlightsChannel at a reasonable price. Two days later I received a phone call saying they have no seats available at that price and I need to upgrade to a higher fare. The higher fare is $300+ higher than the original fare of $217 each equaling $477 total. After researching this company I discovered they are a scam and have done this bait & switch to many others.I told them to cancel my reservation and Im reporting them to the BBB. Now Im receiving emails requesting a different source of payment to receive my tickets. Im requesting a full refund for the original amount paid.

    3/29/23- Friend purchased flights to and from ********* for me, departing 4/3/23 & returning 4/6/23 for $513.99. We both received email "confirmation" with flight numbers, departure times, etc. A representative from Flights Channel called ME (not the cardholder) the following day to inform me that my reservation was NOT confirmed because all seats in that section were sold out but seats in a different section were available for $1,156.80; more than twice the original price. "***" refused to connect me to a supervisor. She kept saying "So what is your concern wit dis reservation, why you need tupervisor? He not available now, maybe tomorrow." After two heated conversations with *** and her failure to understand my concerns, I contacted ***** Airlines directly (after a 58 minute wait time). Mana searched every part of *****'s database but could not find any record of my reservation nor any transaction with the cardholder OR EVEN a partnership with Flights Channel. The cardholder locked his card immediately and replaced it the following day. Flights Channel is 100% SCAM.

    On January 24, I bought four consolidator airline tickets from this company for my family to fly on ***** Airlines in mid-March from *******, ****** to ***************, ******. This company issued the tickets on January 27. About 30 hours before our scheduled flight, at 11:30pm on March 10, this company sent me an email that they cancelled my booking because the airline "suspended" the tickets. I phoned ***** Airlines who confirmed that the tickets had been suspended due to an issue with the credit card that this company used to buy the tickets. ***** Airlines referred me to ***** Airways because this company bought the tickets from ***** Airways. ***** Airways confirmed that they suspended the tickets due to suspected fraud with the credit card that this company used. I attempted to phone this company after my call with with the airline, but it went to voicemail. With our family vacation only one day away, I had to book last-minute tickets directly with another airline. These last-minute tickets cost CA$2,122.96 more than the tickets that Flight Channels and I had a contract for. About one hour later, I was able to speak with someone at Flight Channels. They refunded what I paid them for the tickets, but not the difference in airfare I was forced to pay. This was not an arbitrary flight cancellation; it was a ticket suspension because the airline did not get payment from this company due to an issue with their form of payment. The Flight Channels agent I spoke with claimed that there was no issue with their corporate credit card, and that the airline suspended the tickets arbitrarily. Airlines don't arbitrarily suspend tickets. I have contacted Flight Channels on three occasions since. I was promised a callback each time, but have never received a call back. This issue arose due to a problem with their chosen form of payment and by buying the tickets from a third-party airline instead of directly from *****, therefore they owe me the difference in airfare.

    On the 29 March 2023 we tried to take our flight from ********* to Montral that we booked with flight channel for the amount of 847,8 $US. We got refused at the check in because the tickets were false and were not valid, so they were suspended. We had to purchase whole new tickets at our charge. This inadmissible and illegal. Here is the flight informations : Booking reference number : ***** Ticket number : KQ 706-7912960275 I can provide proof of fraud given by ***** airways who suspended our tickets and all receipts for the new tickets we had to book for an amount of 1226,2 $US, plus 60$ of extra charge for the booking by the airport so a total amount of 1286,6$ US. Flightchannel is not responding at any of my mails or calls.

    My wife purchased our flights through the Flights Channel company on October 26, 2022. The flights were scheduled for December 25th 2022. Four tickets were purchased total of $2381.00. After arriving at the airport, our flight was cancelled with no rescheduled flight. We immediately called the airline to see if anything else was available, ***** explained that there would be nothing available for up to a week. We requested a refund, on the spot before even leaving the airport(December 25th 2022). We were told that the refund would go back to the same credit card that was used (Flights Channel Account), so we called Flights Channel to get a refund. We were told by Flights Channel that they could not issue a refund until the credit from delta cleared. ***** submitted return credit receipts to us sometime in January, we were told by Delta 7 business days for everything to clear. It is now March 20th and Flights Channel is still refusing to give us a refund. Every phone call to the company, a representative tells us that a refund will be issued next week/next billing cycle/in 2 weeks. Today was the last attempt on our part to get the refund. My wife spent over an hour on hold with a representative and became frustrated. After the hour hold my wife was told there was no supervisor available. When she requested an email for the supervisor, she was given the same general email which she has been sending requests to for 3 months.
