I bought some sneakers thinking they were the ones I wanted (I bought jordan * mid instead of jordan * high)and when I asked for a refund(they also sold me a woman sneaker)(The pay was through credit card)they told me they had a no refund policy and showed me that they displayed it on the payout place.Under a table.I just want a full refund.I just want to clarify that in no moment during the purchase it was told to us(my mom and me)that there was a no return policy.(which is ridiculous for a sneaker shop)(also I did try the shoes on but like I said after the purchase I noticed that they were a womans shoe and that they were not the model I wanted)Initial Complaint

I ordered 10 items on February 28, 2023. I received all of the items except for one shirt I have reached out to this business twice no response they dont answer phone calls or the messages Ive sent I want my money back for the item I have not received I will never ever do business with this company again a whole month Ridiculous .Business Response

This was refunded on the 27th of March via Klarna. Klarna is a buy now pay later service. It is similar to a credit card company where the refunds are not instant. The refund has been processed and the customer will receive it as soon as Klarna processes it. There is a good chance it has already been processed.Initial Complaint

I bought 2 sets of wheels, grip tape and a pair of trucks. Grip tape came immediately and then a week later I received one set of wheels that were packed loosely in an envelope and not in original packaging. Still have not received the other set of wheels or the trucks and its been a month. I am rejecting this response because:Then how come when I brought this issue to light you did not remove the product from your website manually. I told you the product was still being sold on the website still and you kept it on your website for a reason (to trick more people) . And a very similar product practically the exact same is being sold on your website but the wording is just slightly different at this exact moment. This does not add up in the slightest. Your just gonna let a bunch of people give your there credit card information and Shipping information when you have been previously informed of the situation? The drop needs to be held accountable, or you will keep doing this. Also the fact that you created a shipping label for my product and didn't send it is absolutely absurd. You are well aware of your shady business practices, that is why you block people you scam on Instagram. You only reach out to individuals smart enough to file a complaint through the BBB. You also delete ******* comments calling you out for your shady practices. Since you are aware of your shady business practices i do not accept the answer given. Why was my order not fulfilled? You are still selling the exact same deck from pizza skateboard right now just with different words on it. Its because I got free shipping and used a 20% off code and I got such a good discount you did not want to send them.

We are a marketplace and work with a lot of merchants and brands. While the inventory is supposed to update in real time, on occasion the systems do not work correctly. This is what happened in your case. The brand actually printed a shipping label and my guess is that when they went to pick the product in the warehouse it was out of stock. Because of this we refunded your money. As to your personal information we do not sell any PII to anyone. We never have and legally are not allowed to. We have refunded your money. We cannot send the skateboard as it no longer exists. It was either stolen from the warehouse, miscounted when they received them, or lost somewhere. I apologize for the error.

If it has different words on it, it is not the same deck. We have hundreds of decks and many times essentially the only difference is the words on the bottom. We have ****** skus, none of which are controlled by us as we are a marketplace. The deck you purchased has been removed. If you want the different deck you can purchase it. If your concern is the 20% off I have created a coupon for you: ****-20. We don't store any credit card data. You were refunded for the items you ordered. I don't know what you are looking for. I can't do anything about a complaint about selling data as we don't sell any data. Sorry there was an inventory error.

Made a purchase on Sep 11th 2022 for the amount of $299.58 for 3 items (order #******), I got my confirmation and an email afterwards saying my package has been shipped, the estimated delivery was sep 14th 2022 few days later I check my account to see if it has been delivered since I never received an email saying my package has been delivered but its still marked as shipped so I check my tracking number instead and it says delivered but there was no sign of my package nor did I receive an email from the business of it being delivered, so I contacted them and told them about it, email responses started off great I was getting fast responses they were respectful so was I, days were going by and email responses were getting slower and their were times I had to double email them cause days would go by with no response and i would have to send another email for them to reply back. All of a sudden I stopped getting email responses from them, last email I sent was me saying if their receiving any of my emails cause Im getting no email back from them anymore, till today I havent got a response back I dont know if the website is legit since I saw a lot of bad reviews and Im now worried or something is going on, on their end, but till this day still dont got my items like its been months already, come on now very unprofessional for a business and like i said i have been respectful and had patience with them and so were they so I dont know why Im having this problem now. Also got proof of me emailing them months ago with the date circled in red in the pictures and recently texted them last Wednesday and no response already going Into a new week. We have refunded the customer. There were two shipments with this order that were supposedly both stolen. In general we require the customer to file a police report in this case. The customer would not file the police report.
