      I would never deal with this company again. I wanted to return two products that I bought from them, and in the process of the online return the "return label" would not print. I used their automated system again to try to get satisfaction however their site had 17 people ahead of me, and it literally took hours to get through the qeue. Never did get to a person to help me. I tried emailing them - I keep getting responses that they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours (which they never do). I even found a phone number, however there is no human to talk to and you pretty much have to go through the online process. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

      I'm having difficulty speaking with a live person about my order. I'm still waiting for the other portion of my order and getting very impatient. VERY frustrated with the process they have in place. I wish I googled their reviews before placing my order!!!!I've reached out via email, Messenger, phone and it's ALL automated responses. SO frustrated to see where the other portion of my order is.

      I bought the cami... it does not do what it claims. I finally after 2 months got a return label, returned it and they still won't give me my money back. They say they processed it but no they have not. Now I have paypal involved and they are giving me the run a round as well. I have sent proof to both places. Shapermint claims to have the best customer service..What a joke. Please don't fall for the scam. I would like to give zero stars.

      This is definitely a DISHONEST business. Tried to cancel membership, and they will not send a confirmation of cancellation that way they can keep taking money from my bank account. Have done this several times and I have received several emails stating I have asked for cancellation, but membership has still not been cancelled. This bothers me more than the fact that their camis DO roll up and bunch around my waist.

      This business is horrible. They sent me the wrong item and refuse to issue a refund. They lied and said the item I received was just under a different name but their website clearly has two different items. They sent me a cheaper item than I paid for. Also, they advertise the shapermint brand but what you receive is an Empetua brand. They are scammers! NEVER AGAIN!!

      Ordered a bodysuit/shapewear. Measured myself to be sure of proper product fit. What arrived was horrible. It fits awful, and makes me look pregnant. If that wasn't bad enough, it has literal bra hooks in the vagina area. So you can just imagine how comfortable that is. I felt safe ordering because they promised easy returns. Then when I tried to return they said it was a final sale and that they couldn't. I surely don't recall seeing it. I asked to talk to someone else and they said I could have store credit. Then they changed their minds and said I couldn't. They offered me a "Big discount" off my next purchase in exchange for me being stuck with the horrible piece of "shapewear". Then offered me 20% off. I would never again buy from this company, they gave me something completely unusable and refuse to stand behind it.

      Several years ago I purchased one or two items from this company. I received the items but I NEVER joined their club. They are taking $4.99 out from my bank account for the last several years. I am on a tight budget. I need this money. The **************** number is on a automated system. There are no options to cancel the membership. I want them to stop taking money out from my bank account but how do I do this?This company does not deserve any stars. Sorry there isn't any options for this.**************

      Absolute worst company I never received anything I ordered from them. They email you back and speak in circles never offering a refund just offers of discounts on more orders youll never receive! They told me that my package was returned and that was a lie.l fake tracking numbers. I disputed the charges with my bank and I am hoping they charge them back. I recommend leaving poor reviews on TikTok also that is where I was scammed from a video on there.

      Several months ago I ordered what I thought was a Miraclesuit from Shaperwear. When I received it it was nothing like a MiracleSuit, very flimsy, no support and very cheaply made. I tried calling the company for about 2 weeks and would get this message “someone will get back to you shortly” , nobody ever did! I had the original packaging so I packed it up and returned it to that address with a note that I wanted a full refund. I got my credit card statement and there had been no credit issued. I immediately called my credit card company and then said they would file a complaint with Shaperwear and hopefully get me a refund. After a few days I received a call from my Credit card company saying that Shaperwear has refused to give me a refund, even though they had gotten their product back, because I did not follow the return instructions. If they had returned my numerous phone calls I would have followed their return instructions. This company is a sham, stay away?? order from Miraclesuit; a reputable company with a far superior product.

      0 STARS FOR THIS COMPANY. I DID NOT WANT TO PLACE A ONE STAR...BUT FORCED TO. HIGHLY DISAGREE THAT A PERSON WOULD NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER JUST TO TRY THEIR PRODUCT. NEVER AGAIN FROM ME SHAPERMINT. I HAVE MADE 3 ATTEMPS TO CANCEL MY 'SUBSCRIPTION' AND AM STILL BEING CHARGED. I WILL NOW MAKE A REQUEST TO MY BANK TO REFUSE PAYMENT TO THIS 'SHAPERMINT' COMPANY ENTITY. I WILL PROCEED WITH A CLAIM TO THE BBB.
