      In August, I purchased 2 items from Shapermint. I now see on my **************** statement, a charge for $4.99 from around September 21st. I also see this is going to be a recurring charge which I did not agree to and don't recall seeing this mentioned on their website. I filed a dispute with **************** as I will NOT pay this charge now or ever. I also will NEVER do business with Shapermint ever again.

      Free your worries, its all been taken care of. Your Shapermint Club Membership has been cancelled, and made sure no further charges after today. The incurred charge of $4.99 is also refunded back to your original payment method. Depending on your banks processing speed, the refund usually takes 5-10 business days to show up.

      I ordered some bras from this company and received the wrong items 3 times in a row. Upon the third time of them trying to fix the problem, they informed me that the item I wanted was out of stock. They still list this item as available on their website and theoretically I could purchase it again right now. I feel this is false advertising and a bait and switch tactic. I was not informed the first two attempts at receiving the right product that anything was out of stock. I have purchased this item that I wanted before from them and it is still listed on their website but they will not fulfill the order appropriately. They stated they will issue a refund when I return the incorrect items, but I am not happy with this resolution if they continue to advertise that the bra I want is available.

      I purchased an item in August 2024 and have now been charged for a subscription that I did not sign up for (4.99 each month). I have tried to sign in and cancel the subscription and it wont let me sign in. I have requested a new password and no email is sent to set up a password. There is no way to talk to someone it is all chatbots and nothing can be rectified. I have emailed the company and no one has responded and there is no way to leave a voice message. I am trying to cancel the subscription I did not sign up for (used *******).

      September 30, 2024, a purchase was processed and charged to my bank card. This purchase was not made by me or anyone in my household. I no longer have any business with this company, as this is the second time it has charged me for unwanted items. That I nor anyone in my house bought.

      I purchased a Shapermint item in 06/21/2024. I have been charged repeatedly for a "Club Membership" since then that I DID NOT sign up for. I've tried to call, message, and chat but have received no response. I forgot my password and when I try to reset the password, the email never comes. This is a scam business. I have been charged $4.99 monthly for the last 3 months 7/21/2024, 08/21/2024, and 09/21/2024. I want a full refund and cancel the membership immediately.

      The company charged $5 for a membership fee that I did not agree to and when I go on the website to cancel, it will not allow me. You cant get a human on the phone and my emails have gone unanswered , its not about the cost, I feel this is a way for the company to take money from customers who have no recourse.

      Offered free trial membership and can cancel at anytime. However the website errors out when you attempt to cancel (on multiple browsers/times). Tell you to do a live chat on website or social, but it's with a bot, and when it asks you if you want to cancel, it refers you to the website/instructions. There is no way to discuss the issue with a real human. It's a scam to force people to keep the membership.

      I made a purchase with Shapermint on 9/15/24 and 8/16/24 and was unknowingly signed up for a Shapermint Club Membership with a monthly fee of $4.99. Today, 9/27/24, I received an email message from Shapermint **************** indicating that I will be charged $4.99 for this Shapermint Club Membership unless I cancel the membership by Sunday, 9/29/24. Although I purchased several items from the Shapermint website, apparently as part of the purchases and Terms and Conditions, I was unknowingly signed up for a membership that I never asked for or was aware of when I purchased items from their website. Although I have attempted several times to follow their onsite instructions to cancel this Shapermint Club Membership online, an error message pops up every time I attempt to submit the cancellation online. It is impossible to cancel your "membership" online and the website chatbot only provides the same instructions that do not work and result in the same online error message. I don't want any marketing promotions from Shapermint to try to get me to keep the membership as evidenced by Shapermint's responses to other BBB complaints posted here. The Shapermint **************** phone number is not on the website, but I found one and it asks you to leave a voicemail, however, you can't leave a voicemail, it just disconnects after the outbound message. I've also sent emails to the ********************************** email address with no response to my request to cancel this Shapermint Club Membership that I did not request and that I did not knowingly enroll in or sign up for. This is a SCAM! I want the Shapermint Club Membership ($4.99/month) canceled immediately and a confirmation of the cancellation sent to my email address: ****************** Thank you.

      They billed my credit card $4.99 for some bogus club membership. Tried several times to cancel said membership. Broken website and no c/s number to call.

      The Shapermint company said that during completion of an order, I opted into a membership agreement with a $4.99 fee. They didn't make it clear, but I'm not contesting that. My complaint is due to the fact that I expressly followed the directions for canceling my account several times. Each time the response is: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I want my membership canceled, and I do not want to receive any more charges from this company.
