      I ordered some underwear from the company and it was delivered to the wrong address I asked if they could send to correct address. They have been giving me the runaround and keep asking the same question of what order number. I have given them a couple of times. I asked for refund and I am having a hard time getting my money returned. There is a receipt of return to them from October 22 2024. I am so frustrated at this point. Please help.

      I have been charged $4.99 USD on the 12th of each month for over 24 months. I did not sign up for a membership or nor do I want a membership. Apparently I have an account that I did not sign up for and do not have a password to get into it. I would like the subscription cancelled and all money refunded back to me that I have already paid. I have tried to contact them by phone and on line but it does not seem to work.

      I have requested my subscription be canceled, they said they canceled back in August 2024, I have an email stating they canceled it. However, I received a charge on 11/3 and a box was delivered. I promptly contacted them, they say they canceled it again, and I did confirm with my Amazon Pay that is is in fact canceled. I returned the box unopened which they received on 11/25. They say they refund me, but I never received and they haven't shown any proof that they refunded me. They are not not responding to my emails.

      Shaper Mint has been charging my CC ***** a month through Amazon Pay. The charge shows as **************** ********************************* A recurring number on the charge is *******. then the letters change with each charge. I ordered some bras Sometime back and have since returned. I did not sign up for any service from them. I am not certain how long this has occurred but Ive looked and theres charges since Sept. I would like my money returned.

      I purchased 3 bras on 11/26/2024 from Shapermint. The items were: (1) Truekind Wireless Lift T-Shirt Bra - Black / 2XL (1) Truekind Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra - Beige / 2XL (1) Shapermint Essentials Smoothing Comfort Wireless Bra - White / 2XL I never received the: (1) Truekind Wireless Lift T-Shirt Bra - Black / 2XL I have been contacting Shapermint every day, several times a day by email, chat, phone calls, all with no resolution. I only get computer responses which do not resolve my situation. They say its on back order and wont issue me a refund, even though they billed me for it.This was their response:Hello ******!       I am being charged $4.99 a month that I did not authorize. This is very upsetting. I will not purchase anything from this company again even though I like their products. It is impossible to reach the company by phone. I want these charges removed immediately.

      I continue to get charged a $4.99 monthly membership fee that I never signed up for nor do I want. I didn't even care for the product I received.

      I've asked several times to cancel an automatic subscription that I did not authorize. They keep saying that it's cancelled yet I keep getting charged.

      Hello, I have ordered from this company before. I never had any issues or had to use their customer service before. Not realizing, their customer service would be a nightmare to use. All communication is automated and difficult to reach live person. And when you think you have a real person after a run around and it's still unclear if it's a live person. Anyways, I sent back two items to have them exchange. I mailed them ***** with Tracking and the company received it on 11-19-24 at 10:59 am signed by B. Ruang. I have proof of receipt, emails, chats and tracking receipt. I want the two items or my refund. That's it.

      I ordered an item on November 11th and they said I enrolled in a subscription that I never enrolled in and would charge my card on December 11th unless I cancelled. I never even made a login to this website and they said I have an account. I tried to get password resets all day and no email resets ever came just the same subscription email about 6 times. All day today I contacted them through every method they have available and finally got through to the representative on the phone to cancel the subscription. She said it would be cancelled and I would not be charged. Two hours later they charged me this $4.99 subscription fee that wasnt even supposed to be charged until 12/11 AFTER they assured me it was cancelled and there would be no other charges. This company is a scam.
