When I placed my order, I accidentally placed a second and separate order. I followed their procedures and was issued a refund for both orders. But ever since that first order they have been taking subscription fees of $4.99 twice each month for the last 3 months out of my checking account. I have emailed, texted and messenger them, but every time I say I want to cancel my subscription, I get no response, call back or reply. I placed an order with Shapermint on 10/5/24. I have been subsequently charged 4.99 per month for November, December and January. When I try to reach someone at Shapermint to ask how was enrolled in this so-called membership, I am only able to cancel the membership using a chat on line BOT, with no option to speak with an agent, call or other means of contacting this company. I never agreed to this membership. I not only want to cancel, I want a refund for $14.97, the three months I was charged. It is awful that companies are allowed to do this without your knowledge. I returned two pairs of Leggings. I was exchange for two pair of underwear. I received an email that the underwear are out of stock. So I received 30.00 of 59.98 I payed for the leggings. I placed an order with Truekind who is a Shapermint company. The past two months I have been charged $4.99 for an Elite subscription that I never authorized. I have made multiple attempts to call the company to cancel this and they never return my call. I tried the auto bot option which gives directions to cancel the subscription and it did not work. I ordered a bra December 7th and the order was processed. My account was charged $35.30. I was notified the product was on backorder and I would be notified when it became available. I have been trying to contact them for weeks to just cancel the order and get a refund. No one ever calls you back and the automated system tells you to email their customer support team, which I have several times with no response or resolution. Now I have been charged an additional $4.99 from them supposedly for some club I never signed up to be a part of! This is infuriating and I dont know where else to turn at this point since the company seems to have no way to be contacted. I even tried the online chat with customer service and no CSR ever showed up to the chat to speak with me about this. I never received a product and yet I have now paid them $40.29.Business Response

1.On 06/17/24 I ordered 2 Daily Comfort bras. The bras I received were not the ones I ordered but by the time I realized it, I had already disposed of my old bras, so I kept the order. 2.On 09/03/24 I ordered Daily Comfort bras. The bras I received were not the ones I ordered. A customer service live chat *** said she did not know why this was the second time I was sent the incorrect bras but stated it would not happen again. She also tried to convince me to keep the bras I received by asking if I had tried the bras they sent because I might like them. I explained I was ordering for my disabled adult child and that she had worn the Daily Comfort bra for years because it was the only one that fit her body properly. She said they would ***lace my order with the correct bras as soon as I mailed back the incorrect order, which I did immediately. 3. I waited weeks to get the correct bras for the ***lacement order noted above as #2. When the ***lacement order came, they sent the same substitute bras again. This time the live chat *** said they were sending me those bras because the bra I ordered was out of stock. Again, the live chat *** asked if I had tried them to see if I liked them and again, I found myself having to justify why I needed what I ordered and not substitute bras. She finally refunded my money while on the live chat. After the chat ended, I received an autogenerated notification that my refund had been reversed and I was given a store credit. When I tried to use the store credit, the website would not accept it and another live chat *** said they needed the incorrect order back to give me the credit. I explained I already sent the order back & received the wrong bras again. The *** could not help me.4. On 12/11/24 I ordered 4 Daily Comfort bras.
