      PLEASE SEE ATTACHEMENTS!We purchased a t-shirt and a hoodie for our kids. They are both poor quality and one is too. I sent an email advising that my daughter isn't satisfied with the item's quality and it's too big. Someone responded and advised that the company doesn't refunds due to sizing or material b/c that info is listed on the site. SO! It's also listed that if the customer isn't satisfied then they will complete a refund! They have since not responded and still not issue a refund.

      I bought a hoodie from this retailer. The policy says if you are not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned. In all actuality, they will not accept returns for sizing issues. I am unsatisfied with the purchase as it is not the correct size. Thus, it should fall under the unsatisfied category. However, they will not honor the exchange or refund. I would like a complete refund now or a proper exchange. In addition, I would like them to remove the clause off of their website stating they will honor returns since this is not the case.

      I requested a RMA for several items that were ordered. I've only received 1 item which is of inferior quality and the wrong size. There has been several emails between me and this organization. I've sent the photos and explained my position. Their position is no refund, no exchange, no go. They have reviewed the photos and stated that there is no problem with the garment.I am also going to contact my bank to file a complaint for the return of my funds.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Melanin Apparel regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience and unresolved issue. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company, I have been met with indifference, deception, and inadequate customer service.On 05/13/23, I placed an order for a hoodie priced at $76.00 with Melanin Apparel. However, I have yet to receive the merchandise I paid for. After contacting their customer service team via email, I was initially provided with an apology for the delay and a promise to rectify the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, they informed me that a t-shirt would be sent as an apology for the inconvenience caused by the missing hoodie. While this attempted resolution was appreciated, it is important to note that I did not request or pay for a t-shirt. I paid specifically for a hoodie, and it is only fair that I receive the exact product I ordered and paid for. Despite their promises, the hoodie never arrived, and subsequent attempts to reach out to Melanin Apparel were met with evasion and lack of accountability. They even went as far as blocking me on Instagram when I sought assistance through that platform, further demonstrating their disregard for resolving the issue. This behavior is both unprofessional and unethical.I am deeply dissatisfied with the way Melanin Apparel has handled this situation. As a paying customer, I expected to receive the product I purchased and to be treated with respect and integrity. Unfortunately, my trust has been shattered, and I have been scammed out of $76.00. I request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that Melanin Apparel takes immediate action to resolve the issue. Specifically, I am seeking the following:Delivery of the hoodie I originally ordered and paid for within the next seven days.Adequate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused by this ordeal, considering the delay and lack of communication from Melanin Apparel.

      Ordered a jacket on 10/15/2022. Said they make items upon order so allow **** business days to make. I emailed on the 26th just because I hadn't received a shipping update or anything and wanted to check in. I got an email with a **** tracking number and the company saying it was shipped on the 19th, so I would get it soon. Funny thing, the **** tracking said that the label was printed, but the item was not received by ****. For those that don't know, this means they marked the order complete and printed a label, but never actually shipped it. I sent multiple emails in the next couple weeks asking for an update, as the shipping never changed. It was not ever shipped. I was ignored. I even tried calling their listed number and left a voicemail. Never heard anything. Finally I decided to reach out via instagram since they were active online, and finally got a response. This was 11/11/22. Nearly a month after the order, and nothing was ever shipped or updated. The person on instagram finally said that the messages and calls were never returned due to the customer service employee's "oversight". Over 4 emails and calls on different days just overlooked? Yikes. Told me the item was "lost in transit" - which was a lie, it was never shipped, and that they would send me a new one out and two t-shirts to make up for it. Okay, sure. I sent what shirts I wanted and looked forward to a new jacket being issued as promised. All the sudden the VERY next day on 11/12, the shipping is updated. I get an email saying they JUST heard from shipping and the jacket is on they way. They lied. According to the **** website it was finally dropped off that next day. They never shipped it, just marked it complete. The person lied over and over, and when I called it out on Instagram again, they blocked me and my partner and called us liars. US liars? They lied this whole process. Taking advantage of Black dollars using the Black name. Now we had to dispute charges. Never got jacket or shirts.

      Vendor refuses to re-ship an item at no cost to the customer that was returned because the **** claims the delivery address was vacant. The address provided was correct and I have lived at my current address for over 15 years. I would like a very simple resolution re-ship the item to the same address initially provided at no cost to the p customer.

      I purchased 2 items from Melanin Apparel on March 28th, 2022. The delivery date was for Monday April 4th, 2022 but I actually received 1 of the 2 items on April 2nd. According to my tracking info provided, it stated that my complete order was delivered on the 2nd, however I only received 1 of the 2 items. I contacted Melanin Apparel to see if another tracking number has been provided for the 2nd item and they stated that it has not and that I should receive my other item as scheduled. The 4th has come and passed and I can't help but feel like I've been bamboozled. I reached out again and received an automated response pretty much stating they are not responsible in every way possible. If its says it's been delivered then its the Post office fault, but the post office DID make the delivery, however, Melanin Apparel just didn't include my full order with the tracking number they provided. If they sent the second item separately, I should've received a separate tracking number. I am very disappointed because I wanted to support what appears and is advertised as a black owned company but they are doing their patrons wrong wrong wrong. Not delivering an item at all is unacceptable. Saying it got lost in the mail and there's nothing they can do about it is unacceptable. They are ripping people off and someone needs to do something about it. This company is taking advantage of black dollars, black pride and black support and they need to be held accountable. Telling me to suck it up and lose out on over $60 for an intentionally undelivered item is unacceptable. Im starting to question if it's even a black owned company at all. It's a fraud. I want to be reimbursed for my purchase item in the amount of $63 for A Black Super Hero Hoodies sized XS.

      After waiting about 10 days to receive some sort of communication from this company about shipping or anything about my order process I decided to reach out to find out the latest status of my order. I was told that I had to provide proof that I paid for my items (this was the first red flag). After sending multiple screen shots from ****** and my bank accounts, showing my purchase with the company's name, I was than told that they had to locate my items. Next email I received says they can't locate the items and that it was ********* fault lol. I was told to reach out to PayPal because they didn't receive the payment from them. I've used ****** for 12 years and this is the first transaction out of thousands that didn't make it to the attended party. I'm just glad I paid threw ****** and not directly with my CC, because everything about this transaction screams fraud to me

      I ordered 4 items on XX-XX-XX for a total of $106.00. They are Christmas gifts for my family. They sent me a tracking number on 11-23-21. To this day the tracking number says: "Pre-Shipment info sent to USPS, USPS awaiting item". I have emailed them 4 different times. I've also went to their ******** page and left a message. I've never received a response. They actually sent me an email last week to review the item. So I put in the review that I never received my items and they will not answer my email and to please contact me. I've done that twice on two products they want me to review. I still haven't received a response. I called the number (XXX) XXX-XXXX and it says it's just an information line and to email them. I left a message anyway about how I've already emailed them 4 times and I would just like information on my order or my money back. I haven't received the order or my money back, I'm shocked that a company will take my money and not answer my emails. This has never happened to me before. On the website it says they respond within 24 hours, well I've determined that is a lie. I can't believe they had the audacity to send me emails to review the products.
