I ordered boots that unfortunately were too tight so I wanted an exchange and sent the original back. I didn't hear from leatherup or received anything for over a month. Started sending emails wondering what's going on and wanted to just cancel the whole thing and request a refund because i had already lost interest due to response times. Still no response. Last week I finally got an email stating Hi Raiman, what can I help you with. So I again stated what I wanted and did not get a reply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waiting 5 days again until I called. I was finally able to get through to someone and she was very nice. I explained to her what was going on and mentioned the ordeal and that I wanted a refund. She apologized and said no problem I will cancel the order and issue a refund. She also stated I should get the refund in 2 days. That was a week ago. Now yesterday I see a package in front of my door step and I see it's from learherup. The packaging job looks like **** and it's the **** boots I didnt want anymore. So i said no problem I'll send it back but let me see if I got the refund then because if that's the case I'll do the right thing and send back the boots for them. Well i just got alittle bit more angrier when i saw that the lady lied to me and did not cancel the order or issued a refund AND well look at that I got a return of the original boots I sent back so its just a paper weight now. AND on top of that coincidentally I received an email 2 days ago that they are not excepting brand new boots because it's not in the original package. Brand new boots with tags on it and all. Unfortunately the box was damaged by rain. Atleast charge for a restock fee which I'm fine with. Other normal companies do that. But not these guys. That's how they get you. They wait for a month to pass so that way it will be difficult for you to get a refund. That's ***
