I ordered and received a blue ray discount that was not as advertised. I sent an email asking how to get a refund. I received the rudest reply stating, "We can't help you if you're not that smart..."Review from Wesley A

I should have listened to the reviews, but I thought I'm just buying one movie.. how bad can it go?Apparently really bad. I paid $30 for a movie that looks like it's been ripped off a home recorded VHS from ****. The listing stated the film was remastered to and I quote "A+++++ remastered HD". I told the seller I think they may have used an old file because the quality was very far from; in fact it's so bad you can barely make out facial features.. like noses and eyes. It's that bad.He replied with an awfully rude remark; gave me a copied and pasted excuse stating it's my fault and has ignored every attempt for me to send the item back for a refund.A complete and total scam artist. I had 12 items in my plan to purchase list and now I WILL NEVER bring this fraud my business ever again. STAY AWAY!!!!His products are garbage. Use MonsterlandMedia instead.Review from John J

I got a bunch of movies and TV shows from them that worked. They say take suggestions but when I asked in a nice way they got mad at me. So my experiences have been good and bad.Review from Duane U.

Rip off. Made the mistake of purchasing a Blu Ray of a specific series and was charged for a c*** disc with numerous data corruption/pixelation issues. I requested a replacement ( I literally had to ****** them with emails to get a response) and got a rude email reply saying no one else ever had a problem - just me- and they're sending a replacement once and once only. The replacement arrived and it's literally a crappy copy of the disc they already sent, with the same image corruption in the same spots during the episode.Absolutely wretched scam artists. Buyer beware. I learned my ******* That's my one and only time ordering anything from an online business that hasn't been established as being completely reputable and operating with integrity. They're going by ***** the Disc Dog, but one of the response emails also came from **** the Disc Dog, so I guess both names are applicable here. Avoid both at all costs.Review from DAVE L

Many titles from **** were taken from VHS like The Marvel Super Heroes cartoons from the 60's. Playing these on a modern ** with a bluray player will stretch the image or minimize it down which gives you black on all four sides. To fix that, change the resolution on the player down to the lowest, typically 480i but then go to the ** settings, change 16x9 to 4x3. Some **s will allow you to center that image if it's off center. Point here, is that anything from a VHS, Betamax or non-anamorphic source were made for old 4x3 CRT **'s. There are tons of people who left bad reviews because **** wouldn't take the stuff back but all those people had to do was make those adjustments. **** probably should have said all this up front but he figured people would know. He did become impatient with those people and I would've too! He shipped quickly and did his best but what what he perceived as ignorant or stupid people, pushed him to get fed up and peed off. I never had any negative feelings here at all.Review from Martyn R

I have purchased several blu rays over a 18th period, and my exsperience was great, nicely priced and delivered in the required time, i have no problem given fred the blu ray dog thumbs up. Good site.Review from Brax G
