    I have an account with WSOP Nevada.They disabled my account where I can no longer get in. I have money in the account and said everyone had to re-sign up for it. I changed my last name and I told them. They said it was fine. During setup process it said couldnt verify last 4 of social. I called them back and said to logout and back in. Then said to send front and back ID. I did and also sent my marriage license. They now want a signed copy of my social security' card. My compliant is their making it difficult to get in my account and return my money.

    My account was locked over a month ago. I have repeatedly sent inquiring emails. Nothing has been done, my emails have gone unanswered and I still cant sign into my account

    **** app has made many erroneous and false charges to my account over the past year.

    I deposited funds into my account to play poker. Then once I decided to withdrawal my funds they had requirements that are unreasonable because they are impossible. They require I send them a picture of my debt card front and back with all information showing(This is unreasonable in itself) however I have no physical card because I used a virtual card. They then demanded I send a screenshot of my virtual debt card, this is impossible, banks do not allow screenshots of bank information. What I find dubious is the fact that they don't require any verification when putting money into the account. Only when I wish to withdrawal funds. Now interestingly I'm withdrawing to the same payment method I used to deposit the funds. So if they are not worried about my financial security when putting the funds in the account, which is clearly when the greatest risk of theft occurs, then why are they worried about my financial security when I go to withdrawal my funds. Lastly as I brought to their customer service team, they had verified my identity before being able to speak with them. So they know who I am by passing their own verification process, they are in violation of their own policies by not verifying identity when depositing funds, they verify only when withdrawal funds and they then refused to process my transaction request even after my identity had been verified by their own system and by their customer service representative. They do virtually nothing to actually help people receive their funds by not providing detailed information as to how a player can receive funds. I ask them a half a dozen times getting the same ambiguous responses that didn't provide clear directions. They are thieves and should be shutdown. Requirements that are impossible to complete. What a joke

    I was able to deposit money to their gambling app and upon requesting to withdraw money, they have made it impossible for me to do this. I dont think its very fair for them to accept money and not pay out when the time comes.

    WSOP.com refuses to allow me to withdraw my money. When requesting a withdraw they tell me I have to verify my account with provided link. When logging into provided link all you get is error message. I don't understand why they need to verify my account is mine to put money in it but not take it out. I have sent multiple emails with no response. These people are criminals, stealing people's money, based on their delusion that they will never pay out a winning player.

    Last week I played on the **** in *******I tried to withdraw my balance before leaving *******They are refusing to ***** my withdrawal.
