Important information
- Additional Info:According to the firms contract, the consumer signs a one year commitment which will automatically renew at the end of the term if the consumer does not submit a notice to cancel at least 30 days prior to the termination (expiration date) of the then existing term. This contract is to be signed before the consumer receives the credit card/check processing equipment. Consumer complaints allege, they do not receive the equipment and that the firm forges a "Merchant Confirmation Install Sheet", which states that the equipment was fully installed and in working order and relieves the company of legal liability regarding the service and equipment. Upon further investigation, it has been discovered that the firm is fraudulently using the BBB Online logo on their website, indicating that they are current members of the BBB. This company is and has never been a member of the BBB and is therefore using the BBB Online logo illegally.
