I had my vehicle into the service department at another dealership for an oil change. They found an oil leak from the rear of the heads, however they said there was an open recall on my vehicle that would fix that problem. I made an appt with Friendly Ford, for them to do the recalls. My vehicle was there for almost a week, even though they only quoted me 2 days to repair but they had to order additional parts and they promised everything was done correctly. This last from Monday to Friday, when I called enough people and the tech according to my service manager was staying late to finish the recalls. However, they did not replace the head like they were suppose to with the recall. It was either missed or they were just trying to get the vehicle out of the bay and hope I wouldnt come back. The recall in question is 17s09, on step 5 of procedure B, states to check for an oil leak on the rearside of the heads. They did not replace the head. I have been calling the dealership service manager and ******* and left messages and never heard anything back. I also even contacted there online chat and said someone would call me back. I need my vehicle fixed properly and ASAp before I look further and seek legal action if not taken care of. I had to bring my vehicle to another shop only to find out that the tech at **** had left the 2 hose clamps for the air intake and turbo inlet loose and never cleaned off the engine either like in the recall. This was on the 22nd of Jan, I found out the problems on the 28th after I picked up the vehicle on the 26th.
