    I ordered coilovers conversion kit for F250 on 4.26.25. I was told shipping would be 2-3 weeks. I reached out at 3 weeks and was told parts were being shipped one week later. Never received parts. I called multiple times and when I did get ahold of someone and they stated they would send me tracking info as soon as they got to office. Never received tracking info. Then was told they would email me tracking info in the morning. I was given a deliver date of 6.2.25 never got tracking info never received parts. I asked for a refund on 6.6.25 being that parts still havent arrived. I was told refund was processed and no money has been sent back to my account. On Monday ******, I reached out and he stated now it takes 2-4 business days for a refund to process. We are now 4 days into his refund process and no funds have been refunded. The company keeps sending me refund invoices with transaction number however we have no pending transaction per our bank. We just want our money back.

    I ordered a set of coilovers for my f150 on 6-26-2024 its now 7-23-24 and I still dont have my coilovers or even a tracking number they have told me over the phone that they shipped but can never provide a tracking number and its always they will email me when they are back at the shop I have never gotten an email or call back for any of the times I reached out to them. It told ***** calls to get them to pick up the phone and when I ask whats going on they tell me the same thing they were shipped and we will email you a tracking number but again it never happens. Dont buy from these people they are not going to help you or even answer the phone half the time. Im still waiting for a refund or my parts.

    As stated on the website all shocks are built to order with a 2-6 week build time .

     

    We received one call from the customer at which we asked him if we wanted to wait for the product or wanted a refund. He stated that we wanted to weight for the product.

    Few minutes after the phone call we got a message from AFFIRM financing that a dispute was open on his payment and then we cancel the order

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I called and talked to them 5-6 days after waiting 30 days at that time I was told the shocks shipped out a I would get a tracking number never got a tracking number after being told they would email three days and never did. They are liers and at the time I ordered the parts per there website build time was ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** Tuesday of the next week I waited till the following Friday and thats when I was told they shipped out but they were not in front of a computer to give me the tracking information and would email me later that day that never happened so I waited a few more days for an update never got any response back so I called again and was told that same thing that he was not in front of a computer and would call or email me back in 20 mins that never happened so I called again and they would not answer my calls. If they shipped then why could I not get a tracking number the 4 times I asked for it thats all I wait was a tracking number so I could have someone at my house to get them. After this I called *** and they had to packages be shipped to my address or my name this is not how to do business and other people should know how they work if you go on off-road websites and ask about this company or read reviews its all the same thing I was dealing with

    Date of transaction March 28, 2023 Order #***** Received June 30th Took almost 90 days after charging my credit card to receive the parts. FOA says 14 days typically to ship out. Called FOA 3-4 times (once a week, each time they said the same thing just shipped it, you should recieve a tracking number from *** Never got a tracking number. Finally after weeks of bugging them they shipped them out. (Got the tracking from ***)2 of the 4 shocks were damaged upon arrival. (probably *** fault as they cause all of FOAs problems) On 1 shock the valve was busted, I got a machine shop to fix it, cost me $75 (better than dealing with poor customer service) the second ******************** leaked alot of oil out into the box. The shaft has damage and has compromised the bottom seal. Shock continues to leak oil. Called FOA they said to fill out the warranty form on the website. I filled it out 3 separate times, they have no record of it. Followed up with an email to ***, who takes care of the warranty claims. He has yet to respond. No answer from FOA, I am stuck with a broken shock

    As stated when we spoke all of our products have a lifetime warrenty and we have already approved the claim on this numerous times if you send the shocks back to us we will fix the damaged shaft and return to you. We can not warrenty parts and ship parts alone we need the see the shocks first.

    The shocks were damaged in shipping there should of been a report made with *** or with us about the damage to the package at that time so we could of filed a claim with *** and sent you out a new set of shocks

    After being told the parts shipped two weeks ago I have contacted foam a number of times and get dismissed with we'll can you back or we'll send tracking and we'll ect. No track no parts

    Original order #*****. July 29, 2022. $1694.28. Received about 3 weeks later. Nov 22, 2022. Called to ask about spring fitment. ** suggested longer primary spring. I asked if I could just order another set of springs and send these back to save time and credit the return. He said yes no problem. Ordered new set of springs 11/22/2020. Order # *****, $276.43.Received 11/25/22. 12/3/22 I submitted a web form for advice on fitment. Also submitted email question. No response. Completed a return authorization form on 12/7/22. Never received response.12/8/22 - Packaged and returned springs for this order along with springs purchased on original order. Tracking number: 1Z06E91V0329733765. Package delivered on 12/10/22 received by JD. 12/16/23 - sent email asking for a status on the return. No response. 12/20/22 - sent email asking for a status on the return. No response.12/23/22 - called via phone. Asked JD for status on return and exchange. Put on hold for a moment then responded I should have them in "a day or two". I asked about the return and was told it would process at the same time. Seemed odd that the credit on the return order wasn't already done.12/26/22 - called via phone. Asked for a status. Person said they weren't at the store. Took my name and number and said they would check when the got in on Tuesday. 12/27/22 - 12:20 pm called via phone. I reminded the guy I called yesterday. He said I should have received a shipping email. I hadn't received any emails. I told him my return included a shipping return label and asked if they used it. He replied probably not. (Not sure why when their process says to include it). He said, send me an email and Ill reply with tracking info. Email sent 12:23. 4:31 pm sent text (since website also indicates they'll respond to text) asking for status. No response.

    These springs were sent back to us with a pre paid label that the customer provided that is the label that we used for the return for the new size we do not keep records of the tracking number because he provided it

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The merchant is incorrect by stating the customer did not keep track of tracking information.

    As of 1/25/2023 the pre-paid shipping label submitted for the exchange has not been utilized according to ****  The shipment tracking number included in the box is 1Z06E91V9096399178.   So as far as I know the merchant has not shipped them.

    The following is a log of my attempt to get a status on the exchange.

    12/23/22 I called via phone.  Asked JD for a status on the return and exchange.  I was put on hold for a moment then he responded I should have them in "a day or two".  I asked about the return credit and was told it would process at the same time.  Seemed odd that the credit on the return order wasn't already done and will occur when the delivery happens.  No tracking info provided.  Short conversation like he had no time for me.   Odd also that my return shipping label was still not active.  

    12/26/22 I called via phone.  Asked for a status.  He said we wasnt at the shop.  Took my name and number and said he would check when he got in on Tuesday.   No call.

    12/27/22 - 12:20 pm called via phone.  I reminded the him I called yesterday.  He said I should have received a shipping email.  I hadn't received any emails.  I told him my return included a shipping return label and asked if they used it.   He replied probably not. (Not sure why when their process says to include it).  He said, send me an email and I'll reply with tracking info.  Email sent 12:23.    I never received any email with shipment tracking.

    5:16 pm (still business hours in **) I sent a text (since website also indicates they'll respond to text)  asking for status.   No response to text message.  

    Since the merchant can't provide shipping info and my prepaid shipping label is still not utilized, I have to assume they springs did not get sent.

     

    I just want them to refund my money.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the merchant failed to refund my shipping cost.  *** will not refund without the shipping label which is with the merchant.   I have heard two different stories about shipping.  When I called them 12/23 and 12/27 they indicated they probably didn't use my shipping label and suggested I simply just didn't keep up with the tracking number.   When I presented the tracking number and evidence that it hadn't reached *** I get a different story.  

    There's a history with this merchant that things get lost in shipping.  Simply review the past BBB complaints.  They almost all revolve around shipping and not getting shipping information or refunds. 

    I'm now out shipping costs that can only be refunded if FOA returns my shipping label.  I am 100% confident that if the package left FOA with my label it would be active in the *** tracking system.  I don't believe it ever left their facility.

    Now I'm out shipping costs and I have coil-over shocks that cannot be utilized because after two months I have no springs. 

    Since on 12/23 and 12/27 the phone conversation suggested they didn't use my shipping label and used one of their own I should receive a refund for the shipping costs since at that time they were willing to "eat" the cost by using their own label.

    It' bad enough just simply asking for reimbursement for $60 shipping when I have $1200 worth of coil-over shocks that are worthless without springs because of their lack of customer service.

    All of the springs that you shipped back to ** were damaged and and we still re shipped the springs back to you using the label provided by you ...we do not have the label it was on the box picked up by *** ...After that we processed a refund for your springs so we are now out the money and a pair of springs as stated you will need to contact *** for refun on the return label there is nothing we cna do on that
