Great business ti work with. The communication was good but could have been better. They did do a great job at explaining the process. We had a good experience and I would absolutely recommend people to use them.

Absolutely amazing experience with Valley West! I would give 10 stars if I could. I truly can't speak highly enough for the folks I worked with - Geo ******* and Sarah ********. They were both 110% on top of everything from start to finish --- in fact, their responsiveness to the Seller's agent on some questions before my offer was even accepted was a critical factor in helping me cinch the deal on a new home purchase in a highly competitive market. My main contact, Geo, was always friendly, personable, knowledgeable, communicative and readily available via text, phone & email whenever I had questions or needed some help weighing options during the closing process. Despite having other lenders competing for my business, Valley West's customer service and phenomenal team made it an easy choice to go with them. Greetings! I'm writing this review about Valley West Mortgage (VWM) and my great experience working with them. I had the fortunate experience of working closely with ********************* and Ms. ************************** In early 2022, I needed a cash-out refinance in *********, **. (I live in CA.) I contacted ********** through a friend of mine. I was not new to the cash-out refinance process as I had previous experience with other properties and other lenders. However, ********** was the most clear, concise, and transparent with every step of the process. As the financial aspect became readily apparent and its consequences and effects regarding my FICO, loan, and interest rate were applied, ************** stepped in and educated me on the finer monetary details of the cash-out refinance process. I was kept apprised of every step of the loan process, and learned the effects of doing "this or that" - both short and long term. My circumstances demanded a specific closing date on the cash-out refinance loan. Both ********** and ***** kept me informed of the critical timeline, and made it their priority that I had no anxiety or unanswered questions throughout the loan process. The loan closed in the estimated time as stated by ********** and Green. I am a highly satisfied customer and will use VWM for all my real estate lending needs.
