    On the evening of July 12, 2024, I received a ride from the Bellagio to Resorts Worlds on the Las Vegas strip, a total distance of approximately 2 miles. The driver, Angaw *****, charged my credit card $1,800.00 for the 2 mile ride, including a $300 tip he added himself. To be clear, Angaw ***** gave himself a $300 tip for a 2 mile ride. Disgusting.
    I was alone and intoxicated. Angaw ***** charged my credit card $1,800.00 for the 2 mile ride.
    Upon seeing the charge on my credit card statement, I immediately contacted the driver, Angaw *****. I requested Angaw *****, via phone and text message, that I wanted my money returned immediately. In short, Angaw ***** said he would call me back in an hour or so to discuss the matter further. He also said he needed to contact BLS regarding the refund. I agreed. He never called. BLS never called.
    The $1,800 charge was made by Angaw ***** via a Square Account via his cell phone. I contacted BLS Company/Crissy ******* several times requesting a receipt. I never received a response from BLS Company, Crissy *******. I have never received a receipt.
    I have filed complaints with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as well as the Nevada Transportation Authority.
    I request the $1,800 be returned to me immediately.
