    Last year, I received a letter from Sunrise Solutions, *** about my ***************************** Loan account being delinquent, so I called the contact number to figure out what to do. They explained that they were operating as a part of *** (Federal Student Aid) and could work out a forgiveness program and decrease my payments according to my income. They happily reported that I was accepted for the loan forgiveness program and reduced my loan from $88k to $11,760. I was then told that I would pay two initial payments of $399.50 to be withdrawn twice, once on 3/25/24, and then on 4/15/24. Then I would have 240 payment months of $49.00 starting 5/1/24. I paid those amounts, and waited for my monthly payments to start. Then I was slated to be out of town for work until December 2024, which included international travel. I thought it was taken care of and that payments were coming out because the $800 had come out. Today, 5/15/25, I received an email from EdFinancial concerning a delinquent status of my loan, and was shocked. I realized they discontinued correspondence and never continued withdrawing the monthly payments. They never paid out to EdFinancial to decrease the amount of the loan, which was confirmed when I spoke with ******************** on 05/15/25.

    I signed contract with company om March 14 with initial 299 payment and 49 monthly payments after that. I saw where payments stopped and my Student loan debt has been added back to my balance after it had been paid off. Now the number is no longer in service.

    Between ********* Sunrise Solutions took an initial payment of ****** and then $40.00 thereafter. Basically, the same complaints that have been listed already, has happened to me. This is an outrage. I am very upset and want my money back!

    This ************ promised to payoff my student loan with the agreement of me paying them less than half of what I owe to student loans. This started last year around April 2024. I even signed a contract with them, so I have a lot of evidence such as texts from them, email, and personal federal documents that I had to mail to them to complete the process of this payment. They took about $1500 from me and they stopped taking $50/month from my bank account October 2024. Just recently I found out that the full balance of my student loan was put back into my credit as showing that I still owe student loans even though it had reflected that Sunrise had already paid off my loans. Seems like this company got caught doing illegal stuff and now all type of contact information that I have for them does not appear on the internet. Seems like they deleted everything that has to do with them. Even my calls to them wont go through as if the phone number never existed. I would like a full refund from them. Please help! Thank you.

    I paid sunrise solutions $799.00 initially from April ***** 2024, to use them for my student loans documentation. They took at $49.00 since may 10th to November 13h. November 13th was not to sunrise solutions, but to accredited LLC. Now after receiving an email from the ***, i missed a payment. While checking my bank account, they havent taken money out since November. I went to call them but their number is shut off, website is down, and there is no way of emailing them. They went ghost. I never received anything saying they are shutting down. I would like my money back that i paid them to help me with my student loans, as they broke our contract.

    I have been trying to get in contact with Sunrise Solutions for the past week as I realized no payment had been taken out of my account for my Student loan with no success. When I look up phone number on website to make sure i have the correct one, I see all the articles stating they are scammers. I started in July 2024 paying the company 299.00$ for three months and my first payment of 49$ withdrawn on 10/30/24. Yes I would like to be refunded 950.00$ as none of the money has been put toward my student loans as I was told in July it would be. I work too hard for my money to not be going where it is supposed to be. Yes I was scammed and very upset and ashamed to have fell for it. Please help. ****** *********

    I received a letter in the mail that had very personal information on it regarding my student loans. Enough information where I thought it was straight from an actual student loan forgiver. I received a letter in the mail with the same information about once a month. The letter stated that I had until the end of the month to accept or else I would not qualify. I just had a baby so I figured why not try and save some money so I gave them a call for more details. The representative stated that Sunrise Solutions would pay off my entire student loans of more than $17,000 and I would pay them a total of $900 for the first 3 months and then $50 for the next 240 months. This would be a total of $12,900, which would be a big savings. However after I paid the first 3 months they gave me he run around stopped answering call and just had me continuously send paperwork out consolidating my loans. I kept asking when my loans would be paid off as that is how it was positioned to me and they stated once they were consolidated they would pay them off. After a few months I started to get suspicious. I attempted to call in multiple times in one week and no one ever answered the phone. Finally I got a hold of a nice lady which when I asked where we stood on my account she was honest and stated that Sunrise Solutions does not pay off your loans, just helps get them paid off and helps you apply for Student Loan Forgiveness. I brought up that is not what was said to me at all. She apologized and I asked for my account to be canceled and a refund, She canceled my account however I would have to speak to a supervisor for a refund. I was told multiple times I would receive a call back and never did. I called back to speak with one was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then was told they were to busy. I asked to confirm the number they would be calling and confirmed it was my phone number. I still have not received a call back

    Hi, yes so back in March 2024 I was given a call by Sunrise solutions because I was in the process of thinking Im paying back my loan servicer, and because I thought I was doing the right thing I realize that I was being scammed because when looking back at some of my statements on my bank statements and some of the transactions are being done even as of concurrently. I realize that this was a scam because I called my loan service so can solved in my loans and I was wondering why none of my payments were, going towards my loan that I consolidated and why one of my other loans wasnt consolidated and all the other loans right that I have with you know my student loan process so my confusion is why were people texting me and setting up a account for me to make these payments for $299.67 and then telling me that I had to make a three payments of that amount as of June 28, July 31 and August 30 of this year then I was told that after those three transactions are done thats gonna be put towards my student loans for the 20 months or something like that right and its gonna put everything in a positive and also you know theyre gonna report this to the credit bill that Ive been paying my loans then they said in September and moving forward on the 13th of every month they will take out $49 right because im under the impression thinking that thats the minimum now what I have to put note that these people did not send me a letter but they would send me text messages and emails saying that its coming up time for you to pay you know your payment towards some solutions for $299.67 and upon finding this information out when I called the loan service so they said they have no third-party that helps because they told me that even though I was part of the safe plan program, which is how sunrise solutions end up in my life. So now that Im aware of this, I am going to go full throttle and Have this business prosecuted for stealing from me From June ***** October 2024.

    Per the initial conversation and every conversation, we have had with you, at no point did we ever claim we would be paying your loans.Please reference the service agreement you signed agreeing to our terms, we are happy to send you signed copy for your records.  We have been very clear that we were assisting you with documentation needed to get your loans out of default,TPD, consolidation, and program application. If you had any questions or concerns, you had the customer service number to contact us.  All the payment dates were set up between you and the representative after you were clearly explained what services are.  We will have someone reach out tomorrow, 10/30/2024.

    Starting February 27th Sunrise Solutions llc start** taking $300 a month for 3 months from my bank account on an automat** pay system that was suppos** to be appli** to my student loan payments and $50 a month for 3 more months that was suppos** to go for 10 years also and nothing was appli** to my student loans. I talk** to someone at ** financial the official server of f**eral student aid and they told me it was a scam.

    Around or about March 2024 I received a letter about consolidating my federal student loan from a company that I thought was with the federal government. They told me if I made three payments of $299.67 and after that $49 a month that it will help take care of my federal loans for 20 months then I received a letter on July 28, 2024 saying that I needed to make my first payment on August 26, 2024 of $158 towards my federal student loan so I was confused. Needless to say the company sunrise solution hasnt made one payment towards my suit loan, I dont know where the money is going to. I tried to reach out to them. No one return my call and I dont know where the money is going to. I went to my bank and had my account and my routing number changed and I filed a fraud a claim against some solution , and my bank told me they can only give me back the money in the last 60 because I did sign the contract authorizing to pay them. Although the money that I was paying them wasnt used to pay back my federal loan, which is what they told me that they were going to do and yes, I dont know where is the money where the money went to because its not going where it shouldve been going

    At this time I do not have more information however I still have not received a call from anyone from sunrise solutions and at this time I really would just like a refund of all my money for their false advertising and with the misleading information that my student loan would be getting resolved only to find federal department of education had not received one payment, matter fact they dont even work with sunrise solutions. Sunrise solutions told my wages were about to get garnished if I did not start working with them immediately.
