    I have been using ***** or Ramos Landscaping for a while, he would fix leaks in the front and back yard since spring of 2022. He said he can replace all the hoses, sprinklers and irrigation valve in the backyard for $495. He replaced our irrigation valve (I think that's what it's called) in the spring of 2022 that cost $280, due to I was not ready to replace everything. After he was done replacing the dual irrigation valve, he said "it leaks a little but I wouldn't worry about it." It did leak but not at the capacity of overflowing the backyard. Then, I had him replace the entire backyard sprinklers and hoses in October 2022 and he charged me $580, which included the irrigation valve even though he already replaced the irrigation valve. When I questioned him on this and why he charged me twice for the irrigation, he indicated of inflation. I was hesitant but I paid it. He said there is a "one year warranty" on the service. One month later, there was water leakage all over the backyard and I called him to fix it. He did fix it but blamed me or my mother for turning the valve on and leaving it even though you can't turn on one sprinkler head due to all of them are connected, so if I turn on the sprinklers, all of the lower tier sprinklers would have to be on as well. My mother and I didn't touch anything but the problem was easily fixed but it still had minor leaks. On 3/29/23, there was a major leak, this time the water company left a message indicating there is a major leakage coming from our residence. I texted him about it, sent him pictures (on his request) and he indicated that I left it on again. He texted me to shut off the valve in front of the house. I asked if the water sprinkler system would work if I did that and he reported "no" and that I didn't turn it off correctly. He said he can stop by but that he will have to charge me an additional $25 for gas. I've sent more pics of leakage and now he just ignores my texts. We have spent over $600 over our usual water bill since then and it's still not fixed.
