  Pablo has been out to our property twice and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is thorough and explains everything to me. He is professional, and honest. We have dealt with a few landscaping companies in the valley and I didn't realize I could actually trust a landscaper. Cacti has our business forever! Thanks Pablo!

  sloppy work. I'm the neighbor that gets the backhand of the company. What may seem like a beautiful backyard to you is not what we get on the otherside. Many complaints to the management on cleanliness but they've ignored our concerns. I don't mind cleaning my backyard and pool, but every month it's a disturbance when caused by another person who doesn't do their job right. ??
  Also tried to call them while they were making the mess at the time in person and they acknowledged us but then ignored us, very unprofessional.

  My sprinkler leaks were not fixed as requested, there were more than one leak. I complained, the same guy was sent “to fix” the problem. I was billed $80 twice, for the same work, was informed “it was a new leak”. They were the same. The technician did not spend enough time to check and fix the same problem.
  I can’t even cancel my one year “contract” with them even when I am not satisfied with their monthly clean up service.
  Wasted my time and money with this company.

  I am so sorry you had this issue. If you would like for our technician to physically show you the 2 different leaks we would be happy to do so. We never want anyone to feel jipped.

  Your technician did not spend enough time to check the leaks. The leaks were in the same spot the first time he came. There were more than one leaks in the same spot which should have been checked. He spent just about 5 minutes to work on the problems which were partially corrected. The leaks in my backyard was corrected the second visit after I pointed out to him where to look. The front yard leaks were not corrected and persisted.
  I should not be charged twice for the same problem. I do not trust your technician to return the third time and for me to be charged yet another $80 for a totally useless job.

  Extremely unprofessional management team. Cacti messed up my billing and even after providing the evidence of payment, they would not make it right. Paid for services on 8/2/22, but they could not schedule my first service until 9/12/22. I was fine with this. Six months later they system was trying to say I had a service in August of 22 that never happened. They kept sending me emails that I was a month behind in paying when I was always a month ahead. Spoke to them in January and they said it would be fixed. In Feb...same issue came back. Spoke the the owner Bret Utter and his solution was I could cancel my service rather that correct the issue. That's pretty clear evidence that they could care less about their customers. Cant fix a problem, tell the customer to take a hike. Use at your own risk, you have been warned.

  This gentleman paid for six services and received six services, he is an accountant and cant seem to figure this out. We wish him the best but just can not make him happy.

  Going on 5yrs with the company. The crew does a good job on trimming weeding, and clean up, including the street, which my HOA is very strict on. They can do their job in 25 to 30 minutes and everything looks good. Very easy to deal with and the office always is helpful. Their new computer system now allows me to look at billings and their schedules as well as pay the bills and they also offer auto pay for worry free pymts.

  We've been a customer of cacti landscaping for a few years now and they're great! Consistently professional, friendly and produce good work.
