Important information
- Additional Info:The company is being advertised on the internet as a debt negotiator. Currently, the company is not licensed to offer or perform debt counseling or negotiation services. The Clark County Business License Department offers a license as a "Credit Counselor," but the company does not consider itself to be a "credit counselor" because of the company's fee schedule and due to the fact company staff is negotiating the debt as a whole and not just the interest rate. The company's owner freely admits that his company does not have a business license to offer or perform the service(s) of credit, debt counselor or debt negotiator.
According to the Clark County Business License Department, the "Credit Counselor" license does not specify how the service(s) must be performed. The Clark County Business License Department has refused to issue the company a letter stating the company exempt from licensing in the category of credit, debt counseling or negotiation services.
