Not sure when a profile was made. But I never made it. Furthermore they have someone else's cc info on file for me. I never heard anything about this company and yet I still receive emails.Business Response

It appears this member signed up through a third-party partner. We called this member on June 12, 2023, and again on June 13, 2023. They did not answer either call, and we were unable to leave a voicemail. I was charged on June 9th 2023 in the amount of $29.99. I had never opened any type of account with this and I have never used their services. I had tried to contact their customer service with no luck . I also did not see any type of email address or any other means of contact information online . I am requesting a full refund from the company as I did not ask for their services apply for their services and I did not use their services to be charged.Business Response

April 17th of this year I called to cancel Identity Q. I was charged after the person who had me fill this out to get my credit score stated I wouldn't be charged, but I was after a certain amount of time I was originally told I wouldn't be given a refund but I was and I was thankful but during this call I cancelled the account by phone like I'm supposed to because I couldn't cancel it myself. I was told it was CANCELLED April 17th but now June 2nd my account is almost negative from this 34.$ amount charging my card from Identity Q when I don't have a subscription with you guys anymore or at least that's what I was "told" after I cancelled this subscription and got refunded the last time. So I WANT an official refund and I want my card erased from this site and my account deleted and MY REFUND that should of never been taken in the first place.Business Response

I had a pending charge on my bank account on 5/24 from idiq in the amount of *****. I called as soon as I saw this as I didn't know what this was for. I sat on hold for over 4 hours to just end up with the call disconnecting. While sitting on hold I tried to access some account through their website, I put in all of my information in the forgot username and password section for it to come back telling me invalid user, meaning it had no info on me to even get me logged into any account. I called the next day and after sitting on hold for 3 hours someone finally answered and said my account would be cancelled only after listening to ********************************************************************************************************************* listen to the sales pitch, The money was debited on this day of 5/25 and I told him I wanted a refund, He said there are no refunds due to identity issues. I asked him where the company was located because I was trying to find them on the BBB site and he hung up on me. I called again multiple times only to sit on hold for 4 plus hours and then get disconnected. Today 6/1 I finally got through again requesting a refund and he said my account was still active. Once again I had to sit through the 20 minutes of sales pitches and again was told there are no refunds. I just want my money back I didn't even use anything from them and after 2 calls I don't even know if my cancelation is really cancelled.Business Response

May 27th 2023 I was charged 20 dollars I have never heard of this company and never created an account When I called them they said they found an account in my name but needed my social security number and date of birth to confirm my identity. I did not feel comfortable giving out this sensitive info and they told me they could do nothing for me. I see others on ****** reviews that have the exact same situation as me.Business Response

I signed up For this service on line. Try it for a $1 for one week the. ***** per month. Before the first week ended I tried to cancel my subscription to find out you had to Do over phone. Once I got number I have called 5 times in two Months. Every time I got put on hold to be disconnected each time. Hence I have paid twice the $***** and dont want this subscription. Signed up for the 1 week trial period and got automatically signed up for the full package and was automatically upgraded to a more expensive package without my direct consent. I called and they were able to give me a courtesy refund, which was a fraction of the total amount I paid. The automatic enrollment system is incredibly predatory.Business Response

I contacted them letting them know that I was not and had not been utilizing the service for a long while and to stop charging my card every month. With that being said, I assumed that I was being charged when I did not authorize it. So I contacted my bank to stop the charges! When I spoke to someone on 5/17 he stated the rep prior to, could have cancelled the service for a duration of time (which would have been perfectly fine for me) and I would have been able to pick up again when I was ready. They should have been clear about that when I called initially! They confirmed that I contacted them on 1/11/23. This was after I noticed another debit & after reviewing my bank account from the Mobile App, I noticed they had debited my account on these dates; 10/24/2022, 10/17/2022, 10/11/2022, 8/23/2022, 1/06/2023. After I contacted them on 1/11 they debited my card AGAIN on these dates; 3/17/2023, 3/18/2023, 3/24/2023. After further research and for my own clarity and confirmation, On 12/24/2022 BofA emailed me stating they suspected suspicious debit card activity from IdentityIQ and showing that they Declined their payment. It wasnt until I contacted the bank to file the claim on April 4, 2023 and reported the charges as fraud. BofA emailed me on 3/24/2023 AND on 4/04/2023 stating Your Recurring Payments to IIQ*IDENTITYIQ.COM has been canceled. (This to me would indicate they may have tried to debit my account again.) It wasnt UNTIL BofA did a Stop Payment, that I received a notice of cancellation from IdentityIQ on 3/24/2023 via email. I spoke with IdentityIQ and they confirmed I called in on 1/11/2023 regarding the constant charges. She said they gave me 1 refund after we got off the phone. Which I never asked for. Further proves my point, they REFUSED to cancel my membership! They then charged my card 3 additional times AFTER I called on 1/11/23. 3/17/2023, 3/18/2023, 3/24/2023. IDENTITYIQ IS A SCAM! Not to mention customer service is RUDE AND DISMISSIVEBusiness Response

I was trying for days to cancel my contract. They would let the phone ring for a long time. Today they withdrew the money from my account and i called and waited until they picked up. Its took over 20 minutes to get to someone and they said I can not get my refund. I dont see why i can not get my refund if i tried my best to stop this from coming out. They dont allow you to stop it. You have to call them to stop it. I need my refund. I should not be punish because they could not pick up the phone.
